As a Customer Service Representative:
- You balance customer expectations, commercial goals, and operational processes in an international setting. You take ownership, recognize opportunities, and turn ideas into action
- Act as the main point of contact for our Turkish and Bulgarian customers: resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure careful follow-up.
- Strengthen service quality: collect feedback, identify inefficiencies, and explain our way of working clearly to customers.
- Safeguard financial flow: support payment follow-up, handle invoice questions, and clarify tax-related topics together with our credit team.

Network & System Administrator - The Role- Play a key role in developing the infrastructure of our European data center, which serves over 30 subsidiaries.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructures (servers, firewalls, networks), ensuring their availability and performance.
- Monitor and oversee system operations, from diagnosing issues to implementing security and backup protocols.
- System Administration:3+ years with Microsoft and Linux; managing physical and virtual servers (VMware); familiar with DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
