Pour plus d’informations : Entreprise technologique - EUFOR INTER Description du poste à pourvoir: Nous sommes à la recherche d’un jeune technicien, dynamique, ambitieux et polyvalent pour rejoindre notre équipe technique SAV et plus particulièrement dans le secteur du traitement de l’eau, des surfaces et de l’air, soit installations UV et O3, auprès de notre clientèle industrielle (pharmaceutique, alimentaire, chimie, etc.), municipale (distribution d’eau potable et épuration) et piscines (collectives et centres récréatifs). Secteur des installations de pompage et des réservoirs auprès de notre clientèle industrielle, municipale, piscines et agricole. En tant que membre de l’équipe, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans les activités du service après-vente de l'entreprise. Le candidat idéal aura entre 1 et 10 ans d'expérience dans le même type de fonction et possèdera des compétences techniques de base en électromécanique (une formation et/ou une expérience technique en électricité industrielle est indispensable). Il sera ensuite formé à nos spécialités par nos soins et par nos partenaires (une formation usine sera notamment offerte à nos usine en Angleterre, en Allemagne et en France). Le candidat aura des compétences linguistiques satisfaisantes, dont Français (langue maternelle ou connaissance approfondie) et l’Anglais (une base professionnelle correcte est souhaitée afin de pouvoir communiquer avec la clientèle et avec nos fournisseurs). Un plus : le néerlandais et l’allemand… En outre, la personne aura un intérêt pour le secteur technologique et industriel de manière générale et en particulier pour les activités de l’entreprise. Responsabilités: - Mise en service, maintenance périodique préventive et curative (réparations) des équipements distribués par l’entreprise et des projets à réaliser, soit installations UV et O3 – ozone, installations de pompage et réservoirs sur les sites de notre clientèle. Déplacements généralement journaliers ou occasionnellement de plusieurs jours en fonction des déplacements. - Préparation de documents, rapports, et présentations en utilisant des outils bureautiques. - Suivi des devis techniques et des projets auprès des clients/fournisseurs. - Suivi des réclamations clients et solutions à apporter en étroite collaboration avec les services techniques de nos fournisseurs. - Tenue, classement et suivi des dossiers techniques et SAV (clients/fournisseurs).
