Vous mettez vos compétences à disposition de la stratégie commerciale du marché des clients particuliers.Vos missions incluent :- Pilotage de projets : cadrage, planification, coordination des parties prenantes, suivi des livrables et reporting.- Recueil et formalisation des besoins (rédaction des cas d'usages) en lien avec les équipes marketing, juridiques, IT.- Rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles (au format SAFE)- Suivi de la mise en œuvre des solutions avec les équipes techniques (MOE, data engineers, DPO, etc.)- Gestion de la priorisation des demandes en lien avec les équipes de la maîtrise d'œuvre - Accompagnement au changement : communication, formation, documentation.- Veille réglementaire et technologique sur les sujets liés à la donnée personnelle et à la conformité.- Suivi de la maintenance en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) des outils Data communs à l'ensemble des parcours métiers=> Gestion des évolutions fonctionnelles=> Communication auprès des opérationnels en cas de rupture de service et mise en place de solutions de contournement.Vous travaillerez en mode agile à l'échelle (SAFE) sur des projets à fort enjeu : programme de refonte du CRM, refonte de l'application mobile et du site web des clients particuliers, outils de ciblage et de prospection marketing, etc. La rémunération proposée se situera entre 53 K€ et 60 K€ (fixe + 13è mois + part variable + intéressement) et sera fonction de votre expérience.
