Do you have a passion for creative ideas, sharp words – and grazing animals? Then you might be exactly the person we’re looking for.
About Nofence
Nofence is a fast-growing Norwegian tech company that combines nature and innovation, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in animal welfare and sustainable grazing. We’ve built the world’s first virtual fencing system for livestock, helping farmers let their animals graze freely without physical fences – while maintaining full control and making better use of their land. We are expanding rapidly in Europe and the US, creating a new category that is reshaping how the world thinks about grazing and livestock management.
We are looking for a Creative Copywriter to bring our brand to life through words across platforms, formats, and markets.
The role
At the heart of this role is creating powerful communication ideas and turning them into clear, engaging, and consistent messages that build trust and brand recognition. From punchy ad copy across multiple channels to campaign-driven landing pages. You will be part of our global brand team, working closely with our Brand Manager, designers, and local marketing teams to ensure our tone of voice is clear, recognizable, and scalable worldwide. Your work will follow our campaign calendar and communications cycle to ensure coherence throughout the year.
Your key contributions
Develop communication concepts and campaign ideas rooted in insights about farming and our product.
Work closely with design to create integrated concepts where words and visuals align.
Write creative, engaging copy for ads across channels (social media, display, video, print, events).
Adapt key messages for different markets and channels.
Manage and evolve Nofence’s tone of voice, ensuring consistent global storytelling.
Who are we looking for?
You’re a creative and commercially minded copywriter who makes ideas shine. You enjoy diving into the product and audience, and you’re just as confident writing a print ad as you are crafting a campaign landing page. You thrive in a cross-functional team and work closely with design, project management, and local markets. We imagine you have:
Your background
A brand-building background with solid experience in creative/marketing copywriting (agency or in-house).
Exceptional writing skills and a sharp instinct for concise, impactful messaging.
Ease in switching between punchy one-liners and longer campaign copy.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with designers, project coordinators, and local marketers.
Excellent English writing skills; Norwegian is a strong plus
Why join us?
Because you want to make a difference. At Nofence, you’ll get to:
Be part of a purpose-driven tech company focused on animal welfare, sustainability, and farmers’ everyday lives.
Work in an international environment with high pace, openness, and genuine passion.
Have room to influence the brand, experiment, and shape your role.
Enjoy a varied workday with exciting projects – and opportunities to meet colleagues and customers where they are.
Ready to talk?
You don’t need to write a long application. Just send us a few sentences about who you are, what motivates you in this role, and links to texts or projects you’re proud of (campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, ads).
The application deadline is Sunday October 5th. .
We look forward to hearing from you!
