About the role...

As an Support Engineer, you’re the first point of contact for colleagues who need help with their laptop, account, software, or connection issues. Specific working conditions:

• Some maintenance may have to be done outside of the office hours because of the time difference with the customers, travels on site will be required up to there months per year (not consecutive)
• Reports daily to the Maintenance Manager and collaborates closely with the Technical team (Hardware and especially the technicians and on maintenance duty)
