Rehabilitācijas centrs “Rāzna”  ir ārstniecības iestāde, kas specializējas medicīniskās rehabilitācijas jomā. Šobrīd mūsu komandā ir
20 ārstniecības personas.

Galvenie amata pienākumi:

 • patstāvīgi veikt pacientu/ klientu nodarbes veikšanas novērtēšanu un funkcionālo traucējumu konstatēšanu, kā arī vides pieejamības un tehnisko pamatlīdzekļu nepieciešamības un/vai atbilstības novērtēšanu;
• izstrādāt terapijas plānu atbilstoši pacienta/ klienta problēmām un resursiem;
• piedalīties multiprofesionālās rehabilitācijas komandas darbā, sadarboties ar citiem profesionālās komandas dalībniekiem;
