Upgrade your EU login app
Notifications that pop up on mobile devices have made it easy for hackers to access accounts.
If you use a PIN code or biometrics to authenticate with the EU Login app, you will soon receive authentication requests inside the app instead of getting push notifications.
iOS users must upgrade to the latest version of the app as soon as possible. Once the change goes live, iOS users with older versions of the app will not be able to confirm authentication requests by PIN code or biometrics.
Android users will still be able to receive authentication requests with old versions of the app. However, to be more secure, you are encouraged to upgrade when the new version is released.
