Europass profile

Europass users will now be able to update all their language profiles at the same time. This means that when you create or update a new section or record, the change will be reflected in all your language profiles. You will have the option to select the "Save across multiple language profiles'' option after your update. By selecting this you will be directed to this new feature where you will be able to view the main language profile and the other language profile side by side. 

Notifications 

Several options are now available in the context of notifications on Europass.

• You will be able to choose whether or not you wish to receive notifications, what type of notifications, and for what functionality, from the settings section on your dashboard.  

• You can choose to receive notifications via e-mail or just on your Europass account under two sections – Notifications Alerts and Notifications log. On the Notifications log page, you will be able to review all of your notifications, regardless of the settings.  

• Notifications will be sent for all shared links and application deadlines. 

• You will be able to act on the received notifications (both via email and on your account). With a click, you will be redirected to that link or Application where you will be able to modify (e.g., extend a deadline), delete, or simply review it. 

Cover Letter  

You will no longer have to fill in your basic information when creating a cover letter. This will be pre-filled for you, with the information you have provided on your profile. 

CV templates  

You will now be able to reduce empty white spaces in the Work Experience and Education and Training sections for templates one and two.
