As a Retention Specialist focusing on the Finnish market, you are the link between customer, business and future. You will be based at our Nordic headquarters in Stockholm, while working in daily dialogue with our Finnish customers – customers who may hesitate, consider leaving, or need to be reminded why they chose us in the first place. You communicate fluently in Finnish, and use your cultural understanding of the Finnish market to listen, analyse, challenge and guide customers towards long term relationships. In 2025, we launched a brand new Nordic retention team with a driven new manager and a clear ambition: lower churn and more satisfied customers. We are building a proactive, data driven and business oriented approach to customer loyalty – and you are one of the key players. You won’t just be retaining Finnish customers, but also the one capturing insights into what works, what doesn’t, and how we can improve. Le Groupe Dômes Pharma recrute pour sa filiale Dômes Pharma FR un(e) CONSEILLER TECHNIQUE H/F Le conseiller technique H/F évoluera au sein du service Marketing de Dômes Pharma France pour les marques distribuées en officine. MISSIONS PRINCIPALES + Assurer la formation interne, technique et scientifique et mettre à jour les supports de formations. + Assurer le support et la formation technique auprès de nos clients, en présentiel et à distance : - Par l'information médicale au téléphone ou par mail en réponse aux demandes clients. - Par des formations en présentiel : o Lors de rassemblement organisé par les groupements de pharmacie (ex : soirée de formation), o Pour nos clients à fort potentiel, o Auprès des facultés de pharmacie. - Par des formations à distance : webinar, e-learning, podcast. + Accompagner le service marketing : - Pour construire les outils publicitaires et garantir la conformité technique des informations. - Pour co-présenter une nouveauté ou une actualité produit en séminaire. - Pour participer au développement des produits (physiques et digitaux). + Participer au système de pharmacovigilance.
