This role focuses on special markets such as dental clinic and laboratory chains (DSOs), tender business, and government-related activities. As Product Manager DSO, you will be the primary contact for local sales organizations, supporting them with product expertise, portfolio and pricing strategies, and marketing tools tailored to this segment.
Commercial Strategy
Develop and implement sales strategies for special markets in line with company objectives.
Define tailored pricing policies at country, EMEA, and DSO levels.
Build comprehensive market offerings including products, services, and educational components.
Marketing Communication
Create and maintain marketing tools for local sales teams (CSR reports, workflow materials, seminar support, educational content, scientific information).
Ensure consistent messaging that supports the brand and product positioning.
Product Line Development
Collaborate closely with the product management team.
Build attractive portfolio configurations for DSOs based on existing product lines.
Promote universal workflows that optimize efficiency and value for DSO customers.
Education & Training
Develop educational programs for local use, online applications, or on‑site at the campus.
Support training activities that promote product adoption and customer expertise.
Coordination & Data Management
Monitor performance of pan‑European DSO organizations (monthly, quarterly, yearly targets).
Guide local sales teams and coordinate efforts with DSO managers in the region.
Gather and analyze sales-out data from special markets for senior management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dentistry, Marketing, Product Management, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or sales within the dental industry
Preferably a background or education in dentistry
Strong project management capabilities and analytical skills
A dynamic, performance-driven mindset with strong ownership and a hands-on approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working in cross-cultural environments
Strong coordination and teamwork abilities
A proactive self‑starter with proven experience in developing product strategies
Passion for dentistry and affinity with marketing communication
Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset
Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% of your time
Strong business ethics and integrity
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
