As an International Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating the budgeted turnover and margin in your regions and strengthening Ridder's position. You will achieve this through active sales funnel management, preparing quotations, negotiating deals, conducting market analyses, drawing up sales plans, determining the best sales strategy and executing it. You will maintain and strengthen existing relationships and create new ones, which may include both dealers and end users (horticultural businesses). You will work closely with your inside sales buddy. What you will do - Know what is happening in the market in your regions and which projects are emerging. You constantly have insight into sales leads and opportunities in your regions and with your clients. You actively manage this in the CRM system Hubspot (funnel management). - Prepare quotations and discuss and negotiate these with clients to secure orders. - Pconduct market analyses for your account area, propose the best sales strategy and ensure the execution of this strategy. - Maintain existing relationships (dealers and end users), stay informed about developments within existing networks and are able to translate these into sales (turnover). - Based on your market analysis, you identify new relationships and manage to bind new partners to Ridder by proactively "hunting".
