KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To work for the overall equipment efficiency in the factory, and to reduce the downtime and increase a safety-based productivity increase. Ensure the preventive and reactive maintenance is optimal in the factory. To update the instructions for maintenance as well as operator maintenance. To report and update in the maintenance system all maintenance cases. To be a service to production and participate in Daily Steering and so forth. Description: Vos missions Gestion de projets de prototypage - Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients internes (ingénieurs, équipes innovation, R&T). - Analyser les besoins et proposer des solutions techniques innovantes. - Piloter la réalisation complète des prototypes dans le respect des délais. Conception et fabrication - Réaliser la conception 3D des prototypes sous Autodesk Fusion 360 et/ou CATIA. - Adapter les modèles CAO afin de les rendre fabricables. - Sélectionner les matériaux, procédés et techniques les plus adaptés. - Produire, assembler et finaliser des prototypes fonctionnels permettant de valider l’ergonomie, le design, la robustesse et la faisabilité technique d’un produit. Activités de fabrication - Utiliser et gérer un parc d’imprimantes 3D (FDM). - Réaliser des pièces via découpe laser, jet d’eau, plasma ou fraisage CNC. - Effectuer des opérations de soudure TIG/MIG lorsque nécessaire. - Assurer l’assemblage mécanique, le câblage simple et l’intégration électronique des prototypes. Gestion du Fablab et des ateliers - Garantir le bon fonctionnement des espaces « Electronics Workshop » et « 3D Printing Farm ». - Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements. - Gérer les consommables et maintenir un environnement de travail organisé et sécurisé. Profil Attendu: Votre profil Compétences techniques - Formation ou expérience significative en conception industrielle, design produit, prototypage ou fabrication mécanique. - Maîtrise des outils CAO 3D : Fusion 360, CATIA. - Expérience en environnement Fablab / Maker Space. - Bonne connaissance des procédés de fabrication : impression 3D, découpe laser, usinage, fraisage CNC. - Compétences en soudure TIG/MIG appréciées. - Connaissances en électronique (soudure, câblage, assemblage PCB) et notions de programmation Arduino/ESP32 seraient un plus. - Maîtrise des logiciels de préparation d’impression 3D (Bambu Studio, Cura). Ben jij nauwkeurig, technisch aangelegd en werk je graag in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving? Dan hebben wij een boeiende uitdaging voor jou! Als operator m/v/x in de gele kamer speel je een cruciale rol in het productieproces van hoogwaardige printplaten.

Wat houdt de job in?

Als operator werk je in een stofarme, afgesloten productieruimte met voornamelijk gele verlichting (geen UV-licht), noodzakelijk voor het verwerken van fotogevoelige film. De gele kamer is een belangrijk knooppunt in de productie: producten passeren hier meerdere keren en jouw werk nauwkeurigheid maakt echt het verschil.

Je staat in voor:

• Het bedienen van verschillende machines, waaronder:
• Laminatoren: aanbrengen van fotogevoelige film op panelen en platen
• LDI: belichten van het beeld op de fotogevoelige film
• Vacuumex: manueel aanbrengen van film op specifieke producten
• Ontwikkelmachine: ontwikkelen van het belichte beeld
• Het boeken en opvolgen van verwerkte orders in het ERP-systeem
• Het behalen van productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen, samen met je collega’s

• Je volgde bij voorkeur een A2-opleiding of hebt ervaring in een secure productieomgeving
• Je beschikt over basis pc-kennis
• Je bent bereid te werken in 2 ploegen
• Je bent collegiaal, werkt graag samen en communiceert vlot
• Je bent gedreven en nauwkeurig, met oog voor kwaliteit
• Technisch inzicht is een pluspunt
