Charged of carrying out and attaining the missions and the goals of the department, we are currently recruiting a : Deputy Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness (DNPCA) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : - Establishment and follow up of maintenance policy and program, submission to FOCA for approval, - Plan and follow up of Line and Base maintenance, - Work planning, issuing work-orders and follow-up to coordinate resources to the CAMO work program, - Carrying out all maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance contract, - Technical follow-up, analysis of Aircraft Technical Log, - Verification of work reports, technical records & aircraft release to service from contracted organizations, - Verification of modifications and repairs performance to an approved standard, - Airworthiness Directives embodiment and status, retention of the continuing airworthiness records, - Operator’s aircraft optional modification embodiment policy. Defect rectification and follow-up of MEL / HIL, - Monitoring and amending the CAME and submissions of the proposed amendments to FOCA, - Communicate with internal and external partners on matters required by the Operator, maintain and build customer relationships, - Maintenance coordination with the contracted Part-145 and Flight Ops for all maintenance activities - Assisting the NPCA in the evaluation of ADs, SBs, SILs, - Execute “Aviation Design Project” orders when required, - Assist the NPCA and CMM (Compliance Monitoring Manager) with internal auditing and review all CAMO processes in accordance with Part-145 maintenance providers’ MOE and CAME, - Ability to navigate and comprehend company, aircraft manufacturer manuals and EASA regulations. REQUIREMENTS : - Ideally previous experience in similar position and at least 5 years’ experience in maintenance control activities; or 2 years’ experience in maintenance control activities, provided he holds or has held : o A maintenance certification license in category B1, B2 or C; o Or a license that is equivalent to a license in category B1, B2 or C, - Knowledge in the aviation field, - Technical education, - Proficient use of Microsoft office tools, good IT skills, - Excellent reputation with clean criminal record & extract from the debt collection register certificates, - French and English proficient and fluent, German or other European languages is a plus, - Good management skills with natural leadership; Reliability, accuracy and willingness to accept responsibility, - Eligible to work in Switzerland; Established in Switzerland or willing to re-locate in Neuchâtel region. The research group led by Professor Valentina Boeva at ETH Zurich is seeking a dedicated Scientific Affairs Manager with a strong scientific background, ideally with experience working in collaboration with biological or clinical labs and with groups with a strong machine learning background. The starting date is by mutual agreement. We expect a pronounced interest in working in an interdisciplinary environment at the interface of machine learning, biology, and medicine. We offer a one-year contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. In this position, you will support the research leadership with strategic and operational tasks in the scientific context. You will coordinate and oversee scientific projects, particularly in the area of cancer genomics, and act as the central point of contact for clinical and biological partners, especially with regard to data management, ethics applications, and legal frameworks. You will also contribute to the preparation of project proposals, reports, and scientific publications, as well as managing the lab website and social media. Organizing and supporting internal and external meetings, workshops, and events is also part of your responsibilities, as is serving as an interface between research and administration.
