Als teamcoördinator ben jij de spilfiguur binnen het CAW Huis van Asse. Je zorgt voor een vlotte, hands-on coördinatie en waakt over het welzijn van zowel medewerkers als cliënten. Je vertaalt beleid en doelstellingen naar concrete acties, ondersteunt je team om hun talenten en expertise optimaal in te zetten, en waakt over de kwaliteit van onze hulpverlening.
Je:
- coacht, motiveert en verbindt medewerkers;
- evalueert cliëntprocessen op basis van feedback en tools en stuurt bij waar nodig;
- vertegenwoordigt CAW in netwerken en overlegmomenten (sectoraal, lokaal en projectmatig);
- bouwt bruggen met kernpartners en versterkt samenwerkingen in de eerstelijnszone;
- detecteert noden en opportuniteiten in de regio en denkt in overleg met de directie strategisch mee over de koers van onze organisatie.

Wat je bij ons gaat doen:
Na een doorgedreven training van meerdere weken in onze Miele academy ga je de baan op. Tijdens de eerste weken ga je samen met een collega naar de klanten, om verdere praktijkervaring op te doen.
Je komt terecht in een ervaren team en staat er niet alleen voor. Al onze field technicians krijgen ondersteuning via analyse-tools en uitgebreide documentatie. Er wordt ook regelmatig overlegd met collega's via de telefoon. Met al onze ervaring, staan we altijd klaar om elkaar te helpen.
- Installeren en herstellen van Miele toestellen bij klanten (vnl. particulieren).
- Klanten adviseren over het optimale gebruik van hun toestel.
- Aanbevelen van andere Miele producten.
- Verzorgen van een correcte administratie inclusief je wisselstukkenbeheer. De wisselstukken worden 's nachts geleverd in je bestelwagen op je thuisadres.
- Rapporteren aan de Field Service Manager.
De Field Technieker die wij zoeken:
- Genoot een Technische opleiding (Elektromechanica/Elektriciteit/Electronica) of is gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Heeft bij voorkeur reeds een eerste werkervaring als Technieker of heeft een sterke kennis van elektriciteit.
- Is contactvaardig en gedreven om klanten een excellente service te bieden.
- Kan snel en accuraat diagnoses stellen.
- Werkt zelfstandig en nauwgezet.
- Is in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
- Stelt zich flexibel op en houdt er een goede werkplanning op na.
- Woont in regio Brussel en is vlot tweetalig Nederlands en Frans.

Project
The project “InForM: Inference, Forecasting, and Mitigation of Future Epidemics” (InForM) is funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation. Its goal is to develop and apply data science tools to strengthen epidemic preparedness. To reach this goal, the project seeks to hire an excellent PhD student to improve statistical methods used for epidemic forecasting (e.g. methods to sample and summarize ensembles of simulated epidemic trajectories).
The PhD will be supervised by PI Jonas L Juul, Assistant Professor in Data Science at the IT University of Copenhagen (see https://jonassjuul.github.io), and Vedran Sekara, Associate Professor in Data Science at the IT University of Copenhagen.
Main responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the advancement of groundbreaking research with crucial societal implications, in a highly dynamic and interdisciplinary environment,
- Coauthor scientific papers aimed at high-impact journals, participate in international conferences, and participate in advanced university classes to learn new skills,

The Project

One to improve statistical methods used for epidemic forecasting (e.g. methods to sample and summarize ensembles of simulated epidemic trajectories), and another to improve our understanding of the detailed spread of COVID-19 in Denmark during the pandemic (by studying large datasets of COVID-19 phylogenies in combination with Danish registry data.)
