- Maintenance et dépannage d'équipements

- Planification de vos activités de maintenance en accord avec les équipes

Summary of the role

Role and Responsibilities
- Processing of payroll including all necessary follow-up activities in Europe (Germany)
- Communication and data exchange with external payroll providers
- Master data maintenance and wage account management
- Creating certificates and proof of employments
- Creation and processing of ELStAM notifications, payroll tax filings, and SV notifications and coordination with the tax office, health insurance
- Requesting electronic sickness absences

- Communication with Health insurances
- Contact person and participation in audits by the tax office, the pension insurance, the professional association, the accountants
- Contact for all employees with payroll related questions

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Group Consolidation and Reporting team (three direct reports)
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements of Evotec Group (listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Nasdaq)
- Preparation of quarterly and yearly external reporting in accordance with IFRS incl. i.e. IFRS Notes disclosures and Management Discussion & Analysis, as well as coordination of related process
- Responsibility for compliance with capital market regulations in Germany and in the US for financial reports
- Support and professional management of the subsidiaries of Evotec SE in matters relevant to the consolidated financial statements
- Take responsibility for specific projects, e.g. implementation of new standards and regulations according to IFRS or further development of consolidation tool
- Support in M&A transactions and post-merger integration

Required Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in the Group Accounting department of an internationally operating company (preferably in a Listed Company)
- Successful university degree (or equivalent) in business administration, advanced studies in international accounting, group accounting or auditing
- Experience in an Audit firm would be a plus
- Broad understanding of consolidation and financial statement closing processes
- Excellent knowledge of consolidation systems, preferably OneStream
- In depth knowledge of IFRS
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders, breakdown complex accounting issues, explain and present them to management
- International, intercultural open mindset
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop the team
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
OPERATIONAL
- Inspection and assessment and preparation of paint work (cleaning, filling, sanding)
- Preparation, machining and treatment of surfaces
- Masking, priming and painting of wheels and brakes in accordance with applicable maintenance documentation
- Selection and application of product specific paint materials
- Service of the tooling and equipment used for painting
- Undertaking additional duties and responsibilities reasonably expected of the role and required to achieve TP Group objectives
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
