At Tise, we’re on a mission to create the world’s best second-hand marketplace — where sustainability meets style and where buying pre-loved feels even better than buying new. Following our acquisition by eBay, we’re entering an exciting new chapter, scaling our impact across the Nordics and beyond 🌍
To accelerate this journey, we’re looking for a Strategy & Insights Manager to join our Finance & Strategy team at our Oslo HQ. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves driving clarity, structure, and growth in a fast-moving environment — turning insights into action and enabling Tise’s management team to make confident, strategic decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:
Provide strategic insights and enable data-driven decision-making: Lead end-to-end analytical projects with strategic importance (e.g., strategic growth opportunities, performance drivers, capital allocation and market dynamics) — from hypothesis and data collection to executive-ready recommendations and implementation follow-up. Build models and frameworks to assess business performance, forecast growth, and support investment decisions.
Continuous follow-up of strategic insights and initiatives: Partner with relevant functional leaders (Country Managers, Commercial/Product Managers, etc.) to ensure that we deliver on the strategy, and remain focused on the at all times highest-impact opportunities.
Execute on Tise’s strategic processes: Coordinate and contribute to improve our strategy process, ensuring effective prioritization, alignment, and execution across all departments. Prepare and facilitate management discussions, follow up on actions, and ensure progress tracking and alignment to company goals.
Drive cross-company strategic projects: Manage and support cross-functional projects with strategic importance — including new growth initiatives, GTM planning, strategic insights projects, and more.
Who you are
You are a proactive, structured, and strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment. You combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and have a talent for turning complexity into clear direction.
You likely have:
A master’s degree in business, economics, finance, industrial economics, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience from:
Management consulting or investment banking,
Strategic roles in growth companies or scale-ups,
Corporate strategy or business development in tech, digital, or consumer-focused industries, or
Finance, investment, or M&A roles with strategic exposure.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering high-quality insights to senior stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with strong communication and storytelling abilities.
A structured and self-driven working style, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver independently.
A collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams and disciplines.
It’s a plus if you have:
Familiarity with marketplace, e-commerce, or platform business models.
Experience with GTM planning.
Exposure to working in an international or multi-market setting.
