THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our operations team at our state-of-the-art facility in Gent Zeehaven. Essential Requirements:

3 years of team leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
Forklift certification (or commitment to obtain certification within 30 days)
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
Proven track record of meeting KPIs and managing operational deadlines
Physical stamina for hands-on warehouse work and extended periods on your feet
Flexible schedule - ability to work various shifts including occasional weekends

As an Import Agent Ocean Freight, you ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean import department. You coordinate import processes from A to Z, keeping a close eye on deadlines, documentation, and compliance. Your tasks as an Import Agent include:

• Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.

• Ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the DLSOPs. Review and update monthly.

Our new Import Ocean Freight has  bachelor degree in logistics/supply chain management or 2 years of experience in ocean freight specifically - a combination of both is ideal
