Profiel

• Diploma elektriciteit, elektrotechnisch installateur, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
• Kennis/ervaring met HVAC.
• Vlotte kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels (mondeling/schriftelijk).
• Goede beheersing MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Als ervaren Calculator & Tekenaar HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en de technische uitwerking van complexe HVAC-installaties binnen industriële omgevingen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, klanten, leveranciers en andere technische experten om installaties te ontwikkelen die voldoen aan hoge eisen inzake comfort, energie-efficiëntie en procesbetrouwbaarheid.

Functie omschrijving

• Ontwerpen van HVAC-systemen voor industriële gebouwen en processen (verwarming, koeling, ventilatie, luchtbehandeling, perslucht, …).
• Uitwerken van concepten en technische plannen in 2D/3D (Revit, AutoCAD, …).
• Selectie van technische componenten (luchtgroepen, chillers, leidingen, regeltechniek, …).
• Berekeningen uitvoeren voor luchtdebieten, koellasten, drukverliezen, vermogens, enz.
• Opstellen van lastenboeken, technische fiches en materiaallijsten.
• Kostenramingen en technische offertes opstellen of ondersteunen bij prijscalculatie.
• Afstemmen met klanten, leveranciers, architecten en collega’s uit andere disciplines (elektriciteit, piping, automatisatie).
• Technische ondersteuning bieden tijdens uitvoering en oplevering.
• Up-to-date blijven met de nieuwste technieken, normen en regelgeving (EPB, ISO, PED, enz.).

• Master of bachelor in elektromechanica, klimatisatie of gelijkaardige richting.
• Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in HVAC-ontwerp, met focus op industriële omgevingen.
• Grondige kennis van luchttechniek, koeling, hydraulische schema’s en HVAC-regeltechniek.
• Vlot met ontwerpsoftware: AutoCAD, Revit, Stabicad, HAP, of gelijkaardig.
• Sterk analytisch en conceptueel denkvermogen.
• Proactief, nauwkeurig en communicatief.

• Je rijdt rechtstreeks van thuis naar de klant en werkt aan diverse installaties in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.
• Je voert herstellingen en depannages uit van A tot Z: eerst analyseer je het probleem, dan los je het op.
• Je doet periodiek en predictief onderhoud aan HVAC-installaties: ketels, luchtgroepen en warmtepompen.
• Je werkt in uiteenlopende omgevingen zoals scholen, ziekenhuizen en woonzorgcentra met de nieuwste technieken.

 

Jouw profiel:

• Technisch diploma in HVAC, klimatisatie, koeltechniek, centrale verwarming (CV), elektriciteit — of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring in HVAC-onderhoud of -service; G1/G2-kwalificaties zijn een pluspunt.
• Vlot Nederlands, zelfstandige werkhouding en technisch probleemoplossend denken.
• Geldig rijbewijs B
