Developing our work and processes to better meet the overall inventory targets and customer expectations, we are now initiating a new function within Global Inventory Management. As part of this new team, we are looking for a strategic and interpersonal Global Inventory Analyst to take part in developing our business and, at the same time, grow with it. Your mission – Managing inventory to optimize performance, cost and delivery service
As a Global Inventory Analyst, your responsibilities include inventory management, strategic stock process support and operational performance reporting – where your overall focus is making sure we reach the target balance between inventory investment, total logistics cost and inventory delivery service. You are involved in all processes related to our inventory by developing, following up and sharing your experience and input. The daily task includes producing, analyzing and monitoring performance KPIs, and you analyze, optimize and develop action plans to initiate improvements by reducing inventory, correcting gaps, reaching targets and working proactively. You also ensure coordination with relevant stakeholders regarding improvements, and you participate in regional and global initiatives or projects when needed.
Your character – A networking analyst with a creative mindset
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor´s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent knowledge gained from work experiences within the above fields. Experience from, and understanding of, production planning, supply planning and forecasting are necessary to succeed in this position, while experience from inventory management is beneficial. An APICS certification is considered advantageous, as is knowledge in M3. As we operate in an international setting, you have excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, while skills in Swedish are advantageous.
Your character fascinates us – you are structured and systematic with an analytical approach, and you truly enjoy seeing how numbers and statistics translate into plans and forecasts. Combining your strategic abilities with a creative mindset enables you to identify problems, take initiatives and finding the best possible solutions. Additionally, you use your excellent communication skills to interact dynamically with various people and networks in our organization.
