As a Trade Marketeer/Brand Activation Manager Cristal, you’ll be the link between Marketing and Sales within our Trade Marketing team for the brand Cristal. Your mission is to bring our brands to life across all relevant channels and make sure consumers experience them in the best way possible. From activating Cristal’s sports partnerships (like soccer) to building impactful brand activation plans, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end execution with a focus on excellence. Shoppers don’t see strategy, they see execution. So you’ll make sure every activation makes a difference. You’ll work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with both marketing and sales, while keeping a sharp eye on budgets and continuous improvement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership of brand activation plans and translate strategy into concrete actions that drive growth in volume, value and brand power.
Ensure excellence in execution: create activations that stand out in-store and on-site, making sure every detail delivers impact.
Activate Cristal’s sports partnerships (e.g. soccer), connecting the brand with fans in authentic and exciting ways.
Work closely with marketing, sales and other stakeholders to co-build strong plans and align on priorities.
Present activation plans in a clear and engaging way, adapting your story to different audiences, whether that’s colleagues in the field or external clients.
Manage budgets flexibly and responsibly, making sure resources are invested where they deliver the best results.
Continuously measure and evaluate the impact of activations, sharing learnings and improving future plans.
You will participate and/or lead internal, cross-departmental project teams. These teams will focus on new initiative to drive mid- & long-term innovations and sales.
You hold a Master’s degree in marketing, economics or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management and/or Sales. Experience with FMCG is definitely a plus.
A strong passion for beer and a genuine interest in consumer behavior.
The perfect mix of creative thinking and analytical skills: you can design impactful activations, but also back them up with data.
An entrepreneurial spirit: you take initiative, make decisions and aren’t afraid to try new things.
A hands-on, can-do attitude combined with a structured and strategic way of working.
Strong communication skills: you can keep things simple and clear and adapt your message to different stakeholders.
A critical and curious mindset, always looking for ways to improve and grow.
Customer centric thinking is your second nature.
