You can use simple quantitative inputs when useful, like surveys, usage data, or quick checks. • Turn findings into clear recommendations and trade-offs. This helps kick-start solution work in innovation projects and speeds up delivery. We’re looking for someone who • Has strong hands-on UX research experience in product teams. You can plan, facilitate, analyse, and synthesise. • Can build structure without slowing teams down. The approach is lightweight, repeatable, and useful. • Communicates clearly in English and helps teams make decisions with evidence. • Enjoys working across multiple teams and stakeholders. • Can also design in practice. About the Role Develop and optimize Dice, Grind and CMP processes to ensure high production capacity and quality.
