We are looking for skilled development engineers to help facilitate the transition and innovation of novel technologies developed in the laboratory to pilot- and full-scale level. The projects are centered around electrochemical technologies for capturing, converting or storing gas within the field of green technologies.
We are looking for candidates to manage the day-to-day leadership and development, coordinating a multitude of small teams/projects of 2-4 persons.
The job
The responsibilities of the development engineer include:
- Administration and coordination of a multitude of smaller labscale setups and pilot testing facilities
- Design pilot plants and laboratory set-ups with advanced configurations for development of innovative processes
- Take responsibility in implementing, testing and executing new and innovative solutions to help facilitate development
- Communication with national and international companies on the highest level (CEOs, CTOs, etc.)
- Networking and sharing of own network to create maximum exposure for projects outside DTU and attract potential new project partners and consortia members
- Initialize new projects with industrial partners and initialize funding based collaborations
- Ensure the projects are within the DTU guidelines and strategies
- Daily personnel management of personal connect to the respective projects.
Our expectations of you
Qualifications:
- We expect you to have a masters degree or higher
- We expect you to have obtained education in leadership or have a background in leadership
- Comprehensive experience with prototyping and innovation (preferably also pilot plant experience)
- Experience with designing process flow diagrams and P&IDs
- Networking and people skills
- Hands on experience from production, construction or similar fields
- Experience with PLC programming and datalogging
- Good understanding of the Danish/European visions and strategies within the green transition
- Excellent communication skills in English and Danish
- Out-spoken character
- To be able to put in the extra work when required due to deadlines and off hours networking events
- Exceptional communication skills, to be able to communicate the vision of the projects to both researchers, CEOs, the public and funding agencies.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC). You are employed as a Senior Officer.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of engineering, application analysis, and customer-specific development, supporting CeramicSpeed’s position within the Aerospace and Defense sectors. You will engage directly with OEMs, system integrators, and research institutions, focusing on translating complex technical requirements into robust, validated bearing solutions.
You will act as the technical interface between customers and our internal engineering, R&D, and production teams, ensuring that performance, reliability, and documentation meet the stringent requirements of highly regulated industries. The position is remote with regular international travel and close collaboration with our HQ in Denmark. This role offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with first-class application engineering, calculations, and technical project execution, supported by selective business development activities.

Your role
Take technical ownership of customer inquiries and convert application requirements into optimized, validated bearing solutions
Perform and support calculations, lifetime analysis, load cases, and application assessments
Work closely with customers’ engineering teams to define requirements, interfaces, and performance criteria
Contribute to technical documentation, validation packages, and internal processes supporting safe and compliant project execution
You will be responsible for
Managing technically complex projects and advising customers based on engineering analysis
Acting as the primary technical contact for OEMs, system suppliers, and research institutions
Coordinating engineering-related activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Quality
Supporting technical presentations at exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums
Contributing to case studies, technical notes, and application documentation
What We Expect from You/ What you bring
Solid experience and network within Space, Aerospace or Defense industries
Engineering background with strong technical understanding (mechanics, materials, bearings, tribology)
Knowledge of documentation requirements in regulated industries (NDA, ITAR, EN9100, ISO, AS9XXX)
Excellent communication skills in English; German and/or French are a plus
High degree of independence, structure, and strategic thinking
Education & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
Familiarity with commercial contracts and certification requirements

OURI ApS in Copenhagen is looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to strengthen our travel agency and media activities targeting primarily Korean customers.
Your main focus will be on building awareness and demand for our travel services and media content.
About the role
As our Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in planning and executing our marketing and communication activities for:
Our travel agency (tours, experiences, packages) for Korean customers
Our media projects related to travel, culture and lifestyle
You will work closely with the founder and a small, hands-on team focused on travel and media. This is a specialist, execution-focused role where you both plan and carry out campaigns and content yourself.
We imagine that you have experience within digital marketing, communication, social media or content – and that you are ready to take ownership of your own areas of responsibility.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Your work will be focused on travel & media:
Plan, coordinate and execute marketing and communication activities for travel products and media content
Create content (posts, articles, newsletters, simple videos, reels/shorts) about Denmark/Europe travel, culture and experiences for Korean audiences
Manage and grow our social media channels (e.g. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook) with a focus on travel and media content
Write clear and engaging copy in English and Korean for web, email and social media
Keep travel-related websites, landing pages and booking/information pages up to date (CMS)
Support collaborations, campaigns and partnerships in the Korean market and with Korean partners
Monitor performance (traffic, engagement, inquiries, bookings), report on key KPIs and suggest improvements
