Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Communication Intern to join our team at Infineon. You will support our internal and external communication activities, helping us deliver clear, engaging, and visually appealing messages across a variety of platforms. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience within a large, multicultural organization and use your storytelling and design skills to make an impact.

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Content Creation: Developing internal communication content, such as posts and news items

* Visual Support and Design: Preparing presentations, infographics, and other visual materials for internal events

* Digital Media: Creating content for social media platforms and producing short videos and visual assets

* Collaboration and Communication: Working with teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals

* Content Management: Maintaining and updating communication content libraries and archives

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or Part-time (20h+, flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Duration: min. 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field

* Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, FinalCut, or alternatives), and basic skills in graphic design and image editing (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)

* Language Skills: Strong writing skills in English, German as a plus 

* Problem-Solving: Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

* Teamwork: Able to work collaboratively in an international team and adapt messages for diverse audiences

* Digital Literacy: Familiar with social media platforms and digital communication trends

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
