Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary support contact for all treasury systems and platforms, ensuring stability and timely issue resolution in collaboration with the IT department - Administer core treasury tools including the TMS, ERP treasury modules, 360T, and e‑banking platforms - Manage and maintain payment file formats, bank statement mappings, and related configurations within TMS/ERP - Oversee ERP–TMS–bank interfaces to ensure complete, accurate, and timely data flows across payments, statements, and confirmations - Coordinate global bank account onboarding and offboarding, including signatory controls, user setups, and approval processes - Develop and maintain queries, filters, and data models for operational reporting, liquidity visibility, and analytical insights - Ensure SOX‑compliant system governance including user access controls, release validations, and documentation of changes - Support treasury workflows across payments, settlements, reconciliations, and internal controls, ensuring process integrity and compliance - Drive operational efficiency through automation initiatives, system enhancements, and continuous process optimization - Lead or support Treasury technology and infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, new integrations, and platform improvements - Support the development and ongoing management of Evotec’s global banking strategy, including account landscape governance and alignment of banking partners with operational and connectivity requirements - Collaborate closely with Treasury colleagues in Financial Risk Management, Liquidity Management, and Financing to ensure cohesive processes and strong data integrity - Work alongside Treasury Back Office to ensure accurate TMS data processing, confirmations, settlements, and system-driven support for closing-related activities and other infrastructure tasks Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA would be ideal and preferred - Additional qualification is a plus (e.g., bank trainee program, CFA, VDT, or similar) - At least 3 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or consulting - Strong understanding of end‑to‑end treasury workflows, including payments, settlements, reconciliations, and internal controls - Hands‑on experience with TMS platforms (ideally Coupa Treasury), including configuration and integration with ERP systems and banking partners - Solid knowledge of SWIFT, host‑to‑host connections, API‑based interfaces, and global payment standards (e.g., ISO 20022) - Expertise in managing global banking structures, signatory governance, account lifecycle management, and account rationalization Further ideal qualifications: - Strong IT affinity and IT risk assessment abilities - Ability to enhance workflows, automate treasury processes, and implement digital solutions that increase accuracy and efficiency - Ability to diagnose operational issues, interpret data flows, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions - Clear communicator capable of conveying complex topics to senior stakeholders - Strong organizational and project management skills, including experience with system rollouts, enhancements, and cross‑functional treasury infrastructure initiatives - German language skills are a plus Our offer: - A position within a vigorous and exciting professional environment promoted by an open culture and a spirit of community - A diverse, international workforce with a dynamic working environment that fosters creativity, innovations and teamwork - 30 days of annual holiday, monthly allowance for public transportation, and in-house canteen - Capital forming benefits, flexible working hours, holiday pay, and annual bonus depending on performance To apply, please click on the “Apply” button and provide your application documents (CV and cover letter, including earliest possible start date and salary requirements).
