The social worker is directly accountable to the Head of Home of the emergency shelters.

To greet guests, affect all reservations and allocate rooms according to the client’s needs.

The Social Support Worker shall be responsible for assisting in the general running and upkeep of the shelters, which includes maintaining the structure adopted, and ensuring that all the service users are abiding by such structure.
