* Planung, Durchführung und Koordination von Tests

* Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Begleitung von Change-Management-Maßnahmen

* Erstellung und Analyse relevanter HR-Auswertungen und Kennzahlen

Ihr Profil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Talent Management, Recruiting, HR-Systeme oder HR-Prozesse

* Erfahrung mit Talent-Management-Systemen (z. B. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday oder vergleichbaren Lösungen)

* Hohe Prozess- und Systemaffinität

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Einführung neuer Prozesse von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
