Seeking a highly skilled Curry Chef specializing in authentic South Asian cuisine. The role involves working with high-end hospitality clients to lead the preparation of traditional curries, spice blends, and specialty gravies.

Shift work required, including weekends and public holidays. Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

The Builder performs construction, renovation and maintenance works in line with approved plans and safety standards, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality and health regulations.

Supports daily kitchen operations by cleaning, sanitizing equipment, and assisting chefs with basic food preparation, such as washing, chopping, and peeling ingredients.

We are looking for a cleaner that will take care of the whole building on a full time basis.

Plans menus, oversees daily food preparation, and manages kitchen staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient service.

Cleaning plates, dishes and other cleaning duties as required.
