A particular focus is put on the conduction of servicing and on-boarding of Japan based clients and prospects. • Oversee and follow-up of communication with clients and colleagues in Tokyo. • Make sure adequate controls and processing requirements are met; • Participate to projects and initiatives to help contribute to the enhancement of processes and to the improvement of overall Bank processes. • Ensure that the client needs are perfectly understood and met; • Ensure effective understanding of specific process and strict adherence to relevant procedures using the groups Follow the Sun capabilities • Maintain proper communication with external counterparts as well as other internal departments (Compliance department, Operations, Legal); • Ensure appropriate steps with internal and external stakeholders; • Support adequate reporting when needed; • When required, organise, attend or delegate presentations/demonstrations to prospects and existing clients (e.g. on features of CustodyConnect Webportal, Custody discussions and its technical aspects such as SWIFT etc, Service reviews, etc.); • Strive to maintain good organisation and control in Client Service activities; • Support different internal teams for client related activity; Specific Skills or Experience • Native level in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking) • Fluent in English • Experience in Financial institutions and Account Management • Knowledge about Custody business and Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
