Ben jij de administratieve spil die internationale klantendossiers vlekkeloos coordineert en communicatief ijzersterk is in het Italiaans?
Binnen de supply chain afdeling van deze internationale specialist in gezonde voeding krijg je een sleutelrol. Zodra het salesteam een deal sluit, neem jij het operationele stuur over. Je werkt vanuit de site in Westrozebeke binnen een hecht team van 13 gespecialiseerde collega's. In deze functie ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in Italië en bied je back-up voor de DACH-regio en de Benelux. Je onderhandelt zelf niet, maar zorgt er achter de schermen voor dat alles perfect verloopt.
- Klant- en databeheer: Je verwerkt klantendossiers administratief na verkoop, beheert contracten en prijzen in SAP en voert productregistraties uit op diverse klantenportalen.
- Logistieke opvolging: Je verzorgt de order entry, beheert de stock, volgt verzendingen op en stemt nauw af met transporteurs om eventuele leveringsalternatieven voor te stellen.
- Analyseren en informeren: Je creëert artikelen en beheert data in Excel, verwerkt en analyseert forecasts kritisch en houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van hun orderstatus en contractafnames.
- Financiële en klachtenafhandeling: Je berekent en volgt volumekortingen op en behandelt eventuele retourzendingen en beperkte klachten.
- Taalwonder: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Italiaans in een professionele context en hebt daarnaast een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Analytisch en computervaardig: Je beschikt over een sterke algemene pc-kennis, schakelt vlot tussen verschillende IT-systemen en bent handig met Excel en bij voorkeur SAP.
- Probleemoplosser: Je werkt zelfstandig, proactief en blijft rustig presteren wanneer het tempo hoog ligt.
- Klantgericht en collegiaal: Je stelt de klant centraal en werkt constructief samen met de interne afdelingen planning, sales en transport.
