The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Operational Representative to join our EMEA team in Hoofddorp.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order execution and delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced, international environment.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery - Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding order status and inquiries - Coordinate across departments (e.g., logistics, production, commercial teams) to meet customer requirements - Support colleagues and provide backup within the team as needed - Identify and resolve customer issues proactively, ensuring a seamless experience - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Service function - Maintain high standards of data accuracy and process compliance
