For an international company specialized in clinical trials, we're looking for a Medical Technologist.
As Lab Technician you'll perform essential laboratory procedures including sample processing, testing, and analysis while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Performs, reviews, and interprets complex, esoteric, and routine chemical, hematological, coagulation, renal, lipid, and hormonal analyses by manual, automated, and/or microscopic means.
- Integrates analytical results with specific and highly varied clinical trial protocols to evaluate credibility, appropriateness and accuracy of test results in order to facilitate entry or exclusion of subjects from research programs.
- Operates, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs clinical laboratory equipment, including routine preventative maintenance, calibrations, and safety checks.
- Recognizes and pursues instrument problems and resolutions.
- Evaluates analytical reagents, calibrators, and QC standards to ensure the accuracy of analytical results.
- Evaluates quality control procedures, evaluates results, and implements corrective action when indicated.

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, such as Biology, Medical Technology, or Chemistry. Fluent knowledge of English is a must, as all company communication and documents will be issued in English. Prior experience as a Med. Tech in a laboratory is essential.
Required skills, KNnwledge:
- Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and aseptic techniques
- Proficiency in handling and processing biological specimens and hazardous materials
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) preferred
- Ability to operate standard laboratory equipment and analytical instruments
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Knowledge of GMP/GLP practices preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- May require working in cold environments with exposure to dry ice and liquid nitrogen

You remain calm, ask the right questions, and ensure that every driver receives help as quickly as possible. You coordinate interventions with partner services and keep the driver informed at all times.

As our Technical Inside Sales, you are the vital link between ambitious R&D projects and our cutting-edge production facility. You don’t just "process orders"; you act as a technical consultant for some of the world’s most prestigious research institutes and tech companies, including CERN, IMEC, Airbus, MIT, NASA and other leading international OEMs.
1. Technical Quoting & Consultation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries from international R&D teams and engineers.
- Analyze technical requirements (thermal performance, customization) and translate them into manufacturable solutions in collaboration with our operations team.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, NDAs, and contracts for projects in photonics, quantum computing, medical devices, and space tech.
2. Customer Success & Project Management
- Act as the "voice of the customer" internally: track order statuses and proactively communicate updates or potential delays to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer-related documentation, including supplier setups, compliance documents, and technical inspection reports.
- Maintain a clean and actionable CRM (HubSpot/Odoo) to track opportunities and drive company growth.
3. Logistics & Support
- Coordinate logistics and respond to customer queries regarding global shipments and delivery timelines.
- Ensure a seamless "design-to-delivery" experience for our international portfolio.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s or masters degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, IoT, or a related technical field. You understand the "language" of our customers.
- Experience: 0–5 years in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within a technical or industrial environment.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Knowledge of Dutch or other European languages is a strong plus.
- Mindset: You are proactive, resilient, and possess an "ownership" mentality. You enjoy a fast-paced environment where your impact is visible every day.
- Location: you live within a 40min drive from Geel. Candidates that need to relocate will not be considered.
