Position:
As the right hand of the CEO, in this newly\-created position, your role will be a mix of investor relations (hands\-on/operational/story\-telling/due diligence). In addition you will be in charge of fund\-raising and bring your LP network (Europe, UK, Middle East).
Responsibilities:
Lead fundraising and capital raising across private market strategies, co\-investments, and exclusive opportunities.
Manage relationships with sophisticated investors throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to reporting and strategic updates.
Turn complex investment strategies into clear, engaging stories for high\-net\-worth clients and institutions.
Coordinate with investment, leadership, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategy and communication.
Oversee CRM, investor data, and reporting processes to maintain high\-quality engagement and compliance.
Represent the firm in investor meetings, events, and industry discussions.

Profil recherché
Strong knowledge of alternative investments, private funds, co\-investments, and wealth management
Proven capital formation and institutional fundraising experience
Hands\-on investor relations experience, with the ability to build and maintain strong investor communities
Entrepreneurial, strategic, and proactive mindset, thriving in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment
Well\-established LP network in Switzerland, the UK, or Europe, ideally including family offices, multi\-family offices, pension funds, and other institutional investors
Client\-facing excellence, capable of translating complex strategies into compelling narratives
Fluent in English, with other languages such as French or German a plus
Comfortable with Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and portfolio management platforms
