Wat ga je doen?

Je beheert een aantal van onze klanten en hun projecten. Van de kleinere campagnes tot de grotere jaartrajecten. Je bent de spil tussen onze klant, het team en onze externe partners. Je zorgt dat iedereen exact weet wat er moet gebeuren, tegen wanneer en waarom. Je bent de finale verantwoordelijke voor de kwaliteit van jouw communicatieprojecten zodat ze beantwoorden aan de strategische briefing, kwalitatief sterk zijn en converteren en de doelgroep in beweging zetten. Je werkt in tandem met de accountmanager. Je houdt van variatie en veelzijdigheid in jouw functie.

Wie ben jij?

· De wereld van social profit, zorg en welzijn, overheden… boeit je.

· Je bent nieuwsgierig, je wordt er blij van om je te verdiepen in uiteenlopende thema’s: van mentale gezondheidszorg over elektrotechniek tot armoede.

· Je bent een ervaren projectmanager in de communicatiesector en hebt reeds succesvol verschillende communicatiecampagnes of -trajecten begeleid. Die ervaring maakt je sterk genoeg om grotere dossiers zelfstandig te beheren.

· Je houdt ervan om meerdere projecten tegelijk te coördineren, op koers te houden, en dingen in beweging te zetten. Je gaat door tot de zaken netjes geregeld zijn. Ook al loopt het eens wat stroever, is er tijdsdruk of verandert het project halverwege van koers.

Jouw rol

Jij bent het organisatorisch aanspreekpunt in onze showroom in Kortrijk. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve processen vlot verlopen en dat zowel klanten als collega's kunnen rekenen op een correcte en tijdige opvolging.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Verwerken en opvolgen van orders in ons ERP-systeem (Business Central).
• Invoeren en actualiseren van klant- en ordergegevens in het CRM-systeem (Microsoft
  Dynamics 365).
• Ontvangen van klanten in onze showroom en hen begeleiden in de zoektocht naar
  een gevelsteen.
• Ondersteunen van de showroommedewerkers met administratieve taken.
• Bijdragen aan een vlotte werking en positieve beleving in de showroom.
• Evolutie naar sales: op termijn kan je ook telefonische prospectie naar architecten en promotoren doen.

Jouw profiel

• Je beschikt over een bachelor-diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. We staan echter ook open voor sterke schoolverlaters!
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
• Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met collega's.
• Ervaring met CRM-systemen of orderverwerking is een pluspunt.

Are you ready to launch your scientific career by addressing the urgent need of renewable energy integration? At DTU Construct you will break new ground at the absolute forefront of what is possible in the field of energy storage. 

We invite applications for a fully funded PhD position within the fields of Thermal Energy Storage (TES) and Artificial Intelligence at the Department of Civil and Mechanical Engineering, Technical University of Denmark (Thermal Energy Section).

We seek a talented, self-motivated, and collaborative researcher to develop physics-informed AI methods and transform decision-making in the design and operation of next-generation thermal energy storage systems, including latent heat TES and thermochemical TES. 

Supervision: Professor Adriano Sciacovelli, Thermal Energy Section, DTU Construct.

Your work will advance a paradigm shift in TES system design, modelling, and control by developing adaptive, physics-informed models integrating thermo-fluid dynamics, deep learning neural networks, and experimental data. A key objective is to overcome limitations of traditional thermo-fluid dynamic approaches in design discovery and TES performance evaluation.

This project is funded through the DTU Alliance Partnership, by collaboration between the DTU Civil and Mechanical Engineering Department (Thermal Energy Section) and KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Energy Technology). As such you will enjoy the benefits of having contact with two leading departments.

Responsibilities and qualifications
The project involves conducting high-quality research at the intersection of thermo-fluids science, physics-based modelling and AI. 

We envision that:

• You have an open mind and can think creatively in engineering, mathematical and programming contexts
• Your research will include extending and contributing to models and codes, including both high- and low-level programming languages, e.g. Python/Matlab to the development of physics-based models and machine learning frameworks
• You are eager to elaborate on the newest research results, improve ideas, and test/validate by engagement with national and international collaborators 

You will have a solid background in thermo-fluids/thermodynamic modelling:

• Thermodynamic analysis and simulation of energy technologies/thermo-fluid processes
• Programming tools such as Python, Matlab, Modelica etc,  or CFD codes (e.g.OpenFOAM)
• Energy conversion and storage systems
• Optimization techniques (e.g. gradient-based, stochastic, evolutionary) 
• Machine learning techniques (e.g. Pytorch)
• High-performance computing (HPC)

It is also beneficial if you have previous exposure/experience in one more of the following areas:

• Optimization techniques (e.g. gradient-based, stochastic, evolutionary) 
• Machine learning techniques (e.g. Pytorch)
• High-performance computing (HPC)

Furthermore, successful candidate has:

• Excellent use of the English language 
• Good ability to present results in oral presentations and prepare scientific papers
