What's the job?
As a CE truck driver store distribution Albert Heijn you deliver to six different Albert Heijn stores every day. You don’t have to load or unload the truck yourself.
One day before, you get your start time (before 12:00) and at 16:00 you know your full schedule with loading, delivery, and finish times.
You load the truck, visit two stores, and return to the distribution center.
You do this three times a day (six stores total).
You can choose your own working hours: start at 01:00, 05:00 or 11:00 (system work is also possible).
Every three weeks you choose your preferred work schedule.
Workdays are Monday to Friday (6 days is also possible).
Before you start, you’ll have a test drive with a mentor driver to check docking and reversing skills (takes about half a day).
In your first week, you ride along with another driver for five days to learn the job. After that, you drive independently!
What do you bring?
To be a CE truck driver store distribution Albert Heijn, you need a valid CE license and a Code 95.
You have an European passport.
A few years of working in shop distribution is required.
Working some Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays is okay with you, knowing you can take a different day off during the week.
You're flexible, and you don't let road stress get to you.
What do you get?

Weekend and overtime work is compensated with bonuses of 130%, 150%, or 200%.
Net amounts lie between €800 and €1,000 a week.
Enough workhours all year long (system work is also possible 4/1 or 6/2).
You get 25 vacation days and an 8.33% holiday bonus, to visit your family or enjoy a holiday.
An experienced trainer will guide you through your onboarding process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
