Due to our company's growth, we are seeking a passionateCoordinator who will play a key role in the daily support of our employees and clients.
As an Coordinator , you will be working at one or two locations of a major client. You are the bridge between the client, employees, and B2Works, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
You will be the first point of contact for employees and assist them with everything related to work, housing, transportation, and personal matters. You support them in overcoming the various challenges they may face while working and living in the Netherlands.

Employee Support & Guidance:
- Welcoming and onboarding new employees - Explaining employment contracts and other documents - Introducing employees to the client and ensuring they understand expectations and procedures - Supporting employees with work-related and personal challenges - Assisting and guiding sick employees - Participating in employee performance evaluations
Organization & Coordination: - Coordinating BSN (citizen service number) applications. - Planning and organizing employee housing and transportation - Creating and communicating daily transport schedules - Arranging replacements for unexpected employee absences. - Conducting house and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety ...
