This pivotal new role is essential for enhancing our visibility, strengthening engagement with existing clients, and supporting the company's growth by attracting new clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote products and services. Manager a company website and execute campaigns across digital channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO/SEM, website) and traditional channels (e.g., print, events, PR). Manage and update content for the company website, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and video content, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. Discusses possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, promotion etc. in light of market research with appropriate departments. Manage social media profiles, creating engaging content and monitoring performance. Execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis. Draft, edit, and proofread marketing copy for various platforms. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2 years of proven work experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Executive or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Additional Skills & Attributes: Self-driven with a passion for sales and achieving results, High level of integrity and professionalism, Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment. - Élaborez des propositions sur mesure, tant sur le plan contenu que commercial
- Assurez le suivi des dossiers, du premier contact jusqu'à la signature et le lancement
- Développez activement votre réseau (événements, fédérations, partenaires comme le FOREM...)
Vous construisez également des relations solides avec les acteurs clés de votre écosystème, tels que les fédérations sectorielles et les organisations syndicales. Vous comprenez les enjeux du dialogue social et savez instaurer un climat de confiance.
Vous ne travaillez pas seul(e) : vous faites partie d'une équipe de 15 personnes avec laquelle vous collaborez intensément, et au sein de laquelle vous échangez et partagez régulièrement autour des dossiers en cours, des opportunités et des relations existantes.

Votre profil
Un(e) véritable développeur(se) commercial(e), avec un sens humain développé.
- Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en B2B sales, consultance ou services RH ;
- Vous êtes autonome et aimez évoluer dans un rôle commercial
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français (indispensable) et idéalement le néerlandais
- Vous connaissez le marché wallon ou êtes motivé(e) à le maîtriser rapidement
- Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats, tout en construisant des relations sur le long terme
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans des échanges avec des dirigeants d'entreprise comme avec des partenaires sociaux (y compris les syndicats)
