As a Customer Care Specialist your responsibilities are:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels
* Resolve and follow up on customer questions, issues and requests
* Proactively think along on customer-focused solutions and improvements
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners
* Identify recurring issues and propose process optimisations
A successful Customer Care Specialist should have:
* 2-5 years of experience in customer care, customer support or operations
* Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
* Proactive, hands-on and comfortable in a dynamic environment
* Fluent in English and Dutch or French
