• Coordonner et élaborer les budgets, pour le fonctionnement quotidien et les investissements, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes achats et biomédicales.
• Superviser la gestion du personnel médical 💼 : supervision du processus des engagements et des rémunérations.
• Contrôler et clôturer les comptes : assurer la vérification, la correction et la justification des données comptables.
• Garantir l'exhaustivité de la facturation des actes médicaux et proposer des pistes d'amélioration pour optimiser les processus.
• Développer des outils de suivi avec l'équipe datawarehouse 📊 pour accompagner les services médicaux dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs.
• Recueillir les données nécessaires auprès des équipes pour contribuer pleinement à la mission de l'institution.

Wat doe je?
Zorgen dat je eigen troepen geen vertraging oplopen en het leven van de vijandelijke troepen moeilijk maken: dit beschrijft kort de opdracht van de gevechtsgenie. Na je opleiding ben je teamleider van een tiental militairen. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in het gebruik van explosieven, het kappen van bomen, navigatie, ontmijning of het creëren van obstakels om zo de voortgang van de tegenstander te blokkeren. Deze baan is een perfecte mix tussen vechten en steunen, actie en techniek! Je werkt ofwel ten behoeve van de Gemotoriseerde Brigade of, als paracommando ten behoeve van het Regiment Speciale Operaties. Om de toegewezen taken goed uit te kunnen voeren, heeft je team geschikte voertuigen en gespecialiseerd materiaal ter beschikking en leer je hoe je ze kunt gebruiken om je opdracht uit te voeren. Je neemt met je team deel aan dagelijkse trainingen, grote oefeningen en militaire operaties in binnen- en buitenland. Voor deze job is er geen werkervaring vereist.

- Je leidt en controleert je sectie zowel in de kazerne als op oefening of op missie, rekening houdend met de bevelen van je leidinggevenden.

Je voert alle technische en tactische taken uit die specifiek zijn voor de functie van sectiecommandant gevechtsgenie in overeenstemming met de huidige doctrines.
- Je handhaaft de operationaliteit van je team op het vlak van personeel (fysieke conditie, medische situatie, opleiding) en uitrusting (uitvoeren en controleren van het onderhoud van het materiaal en de voertuigen van je team), zodat je zelfs in de moeilijkste omstandigheden de opdrachten optimaal kunt uitvoeren. Na een eerste periode als sectiecommandant kan je je verder specialiseren binnen de gevechtsgenie als gevechtsduiker, hondengeleider om explosieven op te sporen, specialist in zoektechnieken, EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal)... Je kan eventueel ook doorgroeien binnen het commando van je peloton, compagnie of bataljon of instructeur worden om nieuwe rekruten op te leiden. JOUW OPLEIDINGSTRAJECT
Militaire basisvorming (MBV)
Deze vorming in een oefenkamp in België duurt maximum 10 maanden en start met een militaire initiatiefase, waar je werkt aan je fysieke conditie en militaire basisvaardigheden leert. Daarna volgt een basisopleiding voor kaderleden. In deze periode zit je op internaat.

Gespecialiseerde professionele vorming (GPV)
De opleiding onderofficier gevechtsgenie duurt 9 maand. Ze vindt plaats in Amay in de Genieschool, waar huisvesting in de kazerne niet verplicht maar wel mogelijk is. Je leert alle tactieken en technieken die eigen zijn aan je eerste functie als sectiecommandant gevechtsgenie. De aangeleerde technieken zijn heel gevarieerd: het gebruik van explosieven, ontmijning, navigatie, omstandigheidsbruggenbouw, zoektechnieken, steun aan het gevecht in bebouwde zones en bouwen van beschermingswerken (bunkers, schootsstellingen)... Je leert ook hoe je alle materialen en uitrusting kunt gebruiken die beschikbaar zijn in je toekomstige sectie. Een belangrijk deel is voorzien voor je fysieke en sportieve ontwikkeling. Wanneer je als paracommando ten voordele van het Regiment Speciale Operaties aan de slag gaat, volg je 5 maanden de specifieke opleiding paracommando in Marche-les-Dames en een maand in Schaffen. Je zit in deze periode op internaat.

Stage- en/of evaluatieperiode
Nu kan je echt aan de slag op je werkplek, eerst onder begeleiding en nadien zelfstandig.

Wat doe je?
Zijn kennis van munitie, werken in teamverband en avontuur voor jou belangrijk? Indien ja, dan heeft Defensie voor jou 'de' uitdaging: de functie van onderofficier munitietechnieker. In deze unieke functie sta je dagelijks in voor de identificatie, de techniek, het transport en de stockage van alle types munitie dewelke terug te vinden zijn binnen Defensie. Je krijgt daarbij de leiding over een beperkte ploeg die je voor de uitvoering van deze opdracht krijgt toegewezen. Ook binnen het kader van een buitenlandse missie of (inter)nationale militaire oefening wordt van jou verwacht dat je deze taken op zelfstandige, flexibele en professionele wijze kan uitvoeren, uiteraard steeds met de nodige steun en collegialiteit! Voor deze job is er geen werkervaring vereist.

Dit zie je helemaal zitten:
- Als expert binnen je vakdomein geniet je ervan om alles qua planning netjes in elkaar te doen passen, zodat iedereen in jouw team precies weet wat hen te doen staat.
- Als logistiek specialist zal je, samen met je team, instaan voor het beheer van een munitie depot in Defensie en dit in al zijn aspecten.
- Als munitievernieuwer, geef je absoluut pririteit aan veiligheid. Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor de inspectie, de stockage en het in goede staat brengen of houden van munitie en dit zowel in België als in het buitenland.
- Je hebt absoluut geen schrik van digitale platformen die het werk vlotter doen verlopen. Kortom, je heb een enorme interesse voor de logistieke wereld in het algemeen en meer in het bijzonder voor de munitie en je wil met je beide voeten in de praktijk staan!
- Boven alles ben je militair en moet je steeds je militiaire kennis en technieken kennen en kunnen toepassen. Zendingen in het buitenland in het kader van oefeningen en opdrachten behoren namelijk ook tot je takenpakket.

Wat doe je?
Je bent altijd al gefascineerd geweest door mechanica en elektromechanica en wil een sleutelrol spelen in de operationele inzetbaarheid van de middelen van Defensie? Dan is deze job perfect voor jou! Na een gemeenschappelijke technische opleiding en een oriëntatieperiode heeft u de keuze tussen de specialisatie voertuigmechanica en elektromechanische ondersteuningssystemen. Als voertuigmecanicien ben je verantwoordelijk voor het herstellen, onderhouden en klaarmaken van voertuigen zoals jeeps, vrachtwagens of gepantserde voertuigen. Als specialist in elektromechanica ben je belast met het herstellen, onderhouden en voorbereiden van ondersteuningssystemen zoals generatoren of koelsystemen, met het oog op operationele inzetbaarheid. In beide gevallen waak je over de goede werking van het materieel en stuur je je team aan, zowel in de kazerne als tijdens oefeningen op het terrein of tijdens buitenlandse missies.Er is geen werkervaring vereist: wij zorgen voor een degelijke basisopleiding en bieden je tal van doorgroeimogelijkheden via aanvullende opleidingen in binnen- en buitenland. Ben jij avontuurlijk, flexibel en op zoek naar een technische, maar vaak onzichtbare job die écht het verschil maakt? Dan ben jij misschien wel de persoon die we zoeken.

- Als een echte planner geniet je ervan om alles netjes in elkaar te doen passen, zodat iedereen in jouw team precies weet wat hen op elk moment te doen staat.
- Algemene techniek of elektromechanica is iets waarin je je wenst te specialiseren.
- Als specialist elektromechanica of voertuigmechanica, zal je verantwoordlijk zijn voor een team. Je zal echter ook zelf je opgedane technische kennis toepassen en zo alles in optimale staat houden. Afhankelijk van je keuze zul je basiskennis opdoen over motoren, generatoren en militaire voertuigen, zodat je deze kunt toepassen als leider van een klein onderhoudsteam. Deze technische opleiding duurt in totaal ongeveer 5 tot 6 maanden. De keuze voor je eerste eenheid maak je pas aan het einde van je technische opleiding, zodat je intussen de tijd hebt om de mogelijkheden binnen Defensie te leren kennen en een goed doordachte beslissing te nemen.

At AAU Energy, a position as Postdoc in thermo-mechanical modelling and experimental study of
ferroelectric and thermoelectric devices is open for appointment from 01 August 2026 or as soon as possible hereafter. The position is available for a period of 2 years and is based at Aalborg University’s campus in Aalborg.
You will be part of the research group Applied Smart Materials for Energy Innovations (ASMEi) which is placed in the section for Thermal Engineering. The position is closely connected to our activities within self-charging batteries for a sustainable future, and your work will contribute to the development of new knowledge within this field.

Your work tasks
In this position you will conduct research within multi-physics simulations and experimental validation of innovative ferroelectric, piezoelectric, and thermoelectric energy harvesting concepts, with a particular focus on self-charging vibrational batteries. You will be involved in both independent and collaborative research activities in close interaction with colleagues in the group and external partners in Denmark and abroad.

You will work with the design and execution of research studies, the analysis and interpretation of data, and the dissemination of results in high-quality scientific outlets. Your daily work will typically involve a combination of independent research and collaboration in project teams, where you help develop concepts, methods and solutions that are relevant for the energy sector.
In particular, you will be involved in design, modelling, laboratory test, and optimization of energy
harvesting technologies e.g., ferroelectric, piezoelectric, and thermoelectric, for various innovative
applications.

You will be expected to contribute to scientific publications in international peer-reviewed journals and to present your work at conferences, workshops and meetings with partners. You will collaborate with researchers across the department and, where relevant, with industrial or public stakeholders. The position may include a limited amount of teaching and supervision of students at bachelor’s and master’s level, for example in the form of project supervision or involvement in courses related to your expertise. Depending on project needs, you may also take part in preparing applications for external research funding and in supporting the development of new research directions at the department.

Your competencies
You hold a PhD degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering or can document equivalent scientific
qualifications at PhD level. Your research profile is clearly connected to vibrational and thermal energy harvesting devices and systems, and you can demonstrate experience with thermo-electro-mechanical modeling, and ferroelectric based energy harvesting design.

You have solid skills in modelling and simulation using COMSOL Multiphysics, experimental work in laboratory environments, programming in MATLAB, and data processing and analysis and you are comfortable working systematically with complex technical problems. Experience with preparation of research and innovation proposals, where your results and ideas contribute to shaping new project applications and future activities in the group, will be an advantage, as will a documented ability to publish in international journals. It will be appreciated that the candidate’s approach to research and teamwork is characterized by an open and inclusive mindset.

You communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing, and you can present your work to both specialists and non-specialists. The Department of Energy at Aalborg University (AAU Energy) invites applications for a PhD stipend within the project “HVDC Subsea Electrode Unit”, starting from July 2026 or soon hereafter. The project aims to deliver a standardised, robust, and scalable subsea electrode unit for HVDC systems.

The PhD project will develop a methodological framework for risk-based structural design and integrity management of the support structure of the subsea HVDC electrode units using reinforcement learning techniques, enabling lightweight, reliable, cost-efficient, and sustainable novel design concepts and structural integrity strategies. The PhD will revisit the established design and structural integrity management methodology in light of recent advances in high-fidelity load and structural response, lifetime assessment under coupled failure mechanisms, novel materials, proactive maintenance approaches, and new subsea sensing capabilities, accounting for aleatory and epistemic uncertainties.

Project context and key objectives
As offshore wind deployment expands farther from shore, HVDC transmission is increasingly used for efficient long-distance power transfer, where offshore corrective operations can be costly and logistically demanding. HVDC subsea electrode solutions can support affordable, reliable, and sustainable transmission by enabling installation directly on the seabed and reducing the need for additional protective barrier structures and associated costly vessel operations. However, safe, cost-efficient and sustainable deployment requires life-cycle management strategies that account for environmental loading, soil–structure interaction, material behaviour, prominent degradation and failure mechanisms, and associated uncertainties.

Your work tasks
The PhD student will develop their own research track within the project, whilst being supported by close supervision from AAU’s leading academics and access to AAU Energy’s facilities and capabilities for high-fidelity computational numerical modelling and analysis. The position is offered in the research group "Offshore Renewable Energy Systems", and the PhD student will be positioned at the Esbjerg section of AAU Energy. Expected activities include (but are not limited to):

• Gain in-depth understanding of the lifetime assessment considering loads, (polymer-based)
  material behaviour, and failure mechanisms (fatigue, fracture, and biofouling ) of subsea structures.
• Perform sensitivity and uncertainty analysis to uncover the most significant variables in the design limit states.
• Develop a computational framework using partially-observable multi-agent reinforcement learning to achieve optimal policies and decisions with respect to the structural design and integrity management.
• Establish novel generalisable target reliability levels and partial safety factors for larger subsea applications.
• Publish results in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences; contribute to technical
  reports and collaborate with industrial partners.
  

Your competencies 
We are seeking candidates who possess, or are about to complete, a master’s degree in Ocean
Engineering, Structural Engineering, Risk and Reliability Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, or a
closely related discipline with a strong computational mathematics background.

A strong background and demonstrable interest in statistics, applied mathematics, quantitative risk analysis, data science and machine learning, as well as engineering modelling, analysis and simulation, is essential. Further, the ideal applicant will be capable of working independently, efficiently managing their own workload, and collaborating productively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

As English is the working language, excellent communication skills are required for technical reporting, producing publications, and delivering presentations. In addition, it would be advantageous for applicants to demonstrate proficiency in at least one scientific programming environment such as Python, MATLAB, or R. Familiarity with structural degradation phenomena—including fatigue, corrosion, and biofouling—would also be beneficial.

Your work tasks
You will plan and carry out the sustainable synthesis and optimization of calcium-ion cathode materials, and you will develop and optimize calcium-alloying anode materials together with the corresponding processing strategies required for stable and reproducible cycling. A central part of the work includes electrode preparation, coin-cell assembly, and systematic electrochemical characterization, including cycling stability, rate capability, coulombic efficiency, and impedance analysis to identify performance limitations and degradation pathways.
You will use structural, compositional, and surface-sensitive characterization methods to correlate material structure and microstructure to electrochemical behavior, with special attention to how interphase formation and evolution govern charge transfer, reversibility, and lifetime.

The project further involves investigation of electrode–electrolyte interface phenomena,
benchmarking against the state of the art, and critical analysis of results to guide further development of materials and cell concepts, while supporting high-quality publications and conference presentations. In addition to research activities, you will contribute to teaching and to supervision of student projects, as well as broader dissemination activities within the department.

The position is offered in relation to the research group "Batteries" and the PhD Student will be affiliated with the section for “Power Electronics Systems Integration and Materials”.

Your competencies 
We are looking for a motivated PhD candidate who is eager to work at the intersection of materials synthesis, electrochemistry, and practical cell prototyping, and who enjoys combining fundamental understanding with hands-on experimental work. The ideal candidate is curious and persistent in the laboratory, able to plan and execute experiments independently, and motivated to collaborate closely with colleagues in an international and interdisciplinary environment.

Applicants are expected to hold an M.Sc. degree in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or electrochemistry. Experience with one or more of the following will be considered an advantage: synthesis and processing of inorganic or carbon-based electrode materials, electrode formulation and coating, coin-cell assembly, and electrochemical testing (e.g.,  galvanostatic cycling, rate capability, coulombic efficiency, impedance spectroscopy).

Familiarity with materials characterization techniques (e.g., XRD, SEM/EDS, XPS, Raman/FTIR, or related methods) and systematic data analysis is also beneficial. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are required, as the project will be carried out in an international research environment.

Danish language skills are highly desirable and will support co-supervision of BSc student projects; however, they are not a formal requirement

Les pathologies les plus souvent rencontrées sont : lymphomes, myélomes, leucémies aigues ou chroniques, Hodgkin. Le service est largement impliqué dans la recherche clinique académique et industrielle, de phase I à V ; on compte environ 450 inclusions / an et un portefeuille de 150 études ouvertes. Les patients protocolaires, avec la coordination par l’équipe de recherche clinique, sont pris en charge par les équipes de soin du service : 3 équipes paramédicales (hôpital de jour/ consultation, secteur conventionnel/unité de soins continus/hôpital de semaine, et secteur stérile), et 18 médecins investigateurs formés aux BPC. PRINCIPALES ACTIVITÉS : -  Contrôle de la faisabilité des circuits logistiques de l’étude et élaboration des coûts dédiés à la recherche -  Établissement / actualisation, organisation et mise en œuvre de processus, procédures, protocoles, consignes, spécifiques à son domaine d’activité : formation aux différents aspects spécifiques de l’essai, élaboration de documents de synthèse, d’aide-mémoire aves les éléments clé d’un essai… - Gestion et traitement des données / informations (recherche, recueil, analyse, priorisation, diffusion, classement, suivi) - Information et conseil à des tiers (agents, patients, familles, etc.) dans son domaine d’activité incluant l’information des équipes intra et interservices, la participation aux staffs de service - Organisation de la vérification des données en vue des monitorages : planification de la visite de l’ARC promoteur avec l’investigateur, impression des documents papier le cas échéant, gestion des contacts avec le promoteur… - Préparation des échantillons biologiques, de leur stockage ou de leur acheminement : préparation des kits de prélèvements, contacts avec les transporteurs… - Traitement pré-analytique des échantillons (de la centrifugation à l’expédition) - Préparation des éléments de file active et d’activité sous forme synthétique et graphique (listing prescreening, screening, tableaux pour suivi des visites patients) - Recueil / collecte de données ou informations spécifiques à son domaine d’activité - Renseignement de documents, de fichiers (fiches d’activité, de traçabilité, etc.) : ·         remplissage et transmission des tableaux de suivi d’activité (études à promotion CHU ou externes), ·         remplissage de la grille de facturation des essais et suivi de la facturation ·         mise à jour du classeur investigateur Reprographie, anonymisation des résultats et envoi des données au centre de gestion - Suivi des événements indésirables - Traitement des courriers, dossiers, documents dans son domaine (enregistrement, tri, traitement, diffusion, archivage) MISSIONS SPÉCIFIQUES/PARTICULARITÉS DU POSTE : - Stimuler et/ou aider aux inclusions en participant aux Réunions de Concertations Pluridisciplinaires (RCP) Profil recherché : APTITUDES ATTENDUES : -Analyser et utiliser des informations à partir du dossier hospitalier du patient et du dossier médical personnalisé  - Classer des données, des informations, des documents de diverses natures  - Créer et développer une relation de confiance et d’aide avec le patient et/ou la personne accueillie et/ou son entourage - Évaluer la pertinence et la véracité des données et/ou informations  - Identifier les informations communicables à autrui en respectant le secret professionnel  - Rédiger des informations relatives à son domaine d’intervention pour assurer un suivi et une traçabilité  - Rédiger et mettre en forme des notes, documents et/ou rapports, relatifs à son domaine d’activité  - S’exprimer en face-à-face auprès d’une ou plusieurs personnes  - Travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire /  en réseau  - Utiliser les logiciels métier CONNAISSANCES ATTE...
