This role focuses on special markets such as dental clinic and laboratory chains (DSOs), tender business, and government-related activities. As Product Manager DSO, you will be the primary contact for local sales organizations, supporting them with product expertise, portfolio and pricing strategies, and marketing tools tailored to this segment.

Commercial StrategyDevelop and implement sales strategies for special markets in line with company objectives.Define tailored pricing policies at country, EMEA, and DSO levels.Build comprehensive market offerings including products, services, and educational components.Marketing CommunicationCreate and maintain marketing tools for local sales teams (CSR reports, workflow materials, seminar support, educational content, scientific information).Ensure consistent messaging that supports the brand and product positioning.Product Line DevelopmentCollaborate closely with the product management team.Build attractive portfolio configurations for DSOs based on existing product lines.Promote universal workflows that optimize efficiency and value for DSO customers.Education & TrainingDevelop educational programs for local use, online applications, or on-site at the campus.Support training activities that promote product adoption and customer expertise.Coordination & Data ManagementMonitor performance of pan-European DSO organizations (monthly, quarterly, yearly targets).Guide local sales teams and coordinate efforts with DSO managers in the region.Gather and analyze sales-out data from special markets for senior management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dentistry, Marketing, Product Management, or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in product management or sales within the dental industryPreferably a background or education in dentistryStrong project management capabilities and analytical skillsA dynamic, performance-driven mindset with strong ownership and a hands-on approachExcellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working in cross-cultural environmentsStrong coordination and teamwork abilitiesA proactive self-starter with proven experience in developing product strategiesPassion for dentistry and affinity with marketing communicationExcellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an assetWillingness to travel approximately 10–20% of your timeStrong business ethics and integrityProficiency in MS Office, particularly ExcelCORLIN VENTURES based at Unit 4 Nci Building, is looking for a skilled and passionate Sales Manager to join the Docklands Dental and Institute of Specialist of Cosmetic Dentistry team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental products, treatments, and industry trends while excelling in building relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors. This role is crucial in driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and delivering outstanding customer service in the dental sector. Key Responsibilities: Makes follow up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and to obtain further orders; Discusses customer requirements and advises them on the capabilities and limitations of the goods or services being sold; Quotes prices, credit details, delivery dates and payment arrangements and arranges for delivery and installation of goods if appropriate; Maintains records and accounts of sales made and handles customer complaints; Liaises with other senior staff to determine the range of goods or services to be sold, contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets; Compiles and analyses sales figures, prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities and Undertakes market research; Handles customer accounts; Recruits and trains junior sales staff; Produces reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management; Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to close deals and drive new business; Provide ongoing support and training to clients regarding product usage, new offerings, and advancements in dental care. Qualifications: Proven experience (1+ years) as a Sales Manager or similar role within the dental industry. In-depth knowledge of dental treatments, products, and technologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach to sales. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: €34,000 per year Work Location: Docklands Dental, Dublin 2 Work Pattern: Daytime / Morning & Afternoon availability, Monday – Friday (5 days) 39 hours a week
