Join us and strengthen our R&D team as: System Engineer (m/f/d) – Product Portfolio Enhancement Your tasks: - Take system-level responsibility for existing products in series production , ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with requirements - Define, analyze, and maintain system requirements and architecture for product enhancements, technical changes, and lifecycle improvements - Lead and support engineering changes (ECM) , ensuring consistency across mechanics, electronics, software, and fluids systems - Drive root cause analysis and problem resolution for field issues, quality deviations, and performance gaps - Identify and implement product improvements , including quality enhancement, cost optimization, and obsolescence management - Ensure technical alignment across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and After-Sales during implementation of changes - Contribute to continuous improvement of system design , robustness, and manufacturability of existing products - Apply systems engineering methods (requirements management, interfaces, validation strategies) and ensure proper documentation and traceability Your profile: - Master’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, electrical/electronic, physics, materials) or equivalent; Systems Engineering background is a plus - 5+ years of experience in industrial product development, ideally with responsibility for products in series life - Proven experience in multidisciplinary systems (mechanics, electronics, software, fluid systems) - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management , engineering change processes, and continuous improvement - Solid Systems Engineering skills: requirements management, system architecture, interface definition, risk analysis, and validation - Good understanding of manufacturing constraints, cost drivers, and industrialization processes - Experience with tools such as PLM, CAD, simulation, and requirements management tools - Knowledge and application of AI tools is an asset - Structured, analytical, and hands-on mindset with strong ownership of product performance - Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across functions and influence decisions - Resilient, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in complex environments - Fluent in English; position based in Tuttlingen with occasional travel We offer: Wenn Sie weitere Fragen zur Stelle oder unserem Unternehmen haben, beantwortet Ihnen diese gerne unsere Human Resources Managerin Jana Bodensohn. Ved Elvebredden aktivitetstilbud søker vi en kreativ og observant lagspiller i 50 % fast stilling som forstår at gode dager skapes i møtet mellom mennesker, aktivitet og fellesskap.

Du jobber faste dager enten 3+2 dager i uken eller over 3 dager. Oppstart etter avtale. Det er mulighet for å tilpasses annen deltidsstilling.

Elvebredden aktivitetstilbud er et lavterskeltilbud for innbyggere over 18 år. Vi arbeider for å gi hver enkelt en meningsfull hverdag preget av mestring, trygghet og gode opplevelser i fellesskap. Tilbudet er åpent fem dager i uken, og vi samarbeider tett med frivillige.
Hos oss står personsentrert omsorg i sentrum – vi ser hele mennesket, og legger til rette for at alle skal oppleve tilhørighet og livskvalitet.

Elvebredden aktivitetstilbud er organisert som en del av avdelingen Rehabilitering og Frisklivssentralen. Det er en tverrfaglig avdeling som i tillegg til Elvebredden består av Frisklivssentralen, Ergo- og fysioterapitjenesten for de over 18 år, syns- og hørselskontakter, Demenskoordinatorer, Koordinator for alvorlig syke, BPA og Støttekontakttjenesten.

Kvalifikasjoner

Vi ser etter deg som:

  • Har relevant erfaring fra arbeid med mennesker (helse, omsorg, aktivitet eller lignende)
  • Har interesse for og gjerne erfaring med eldreomsorg eller aktivitetstilbud
  • Har gode norskkunnskaper, både muntlig og skriftlig (minimum nivå B2 ved annet morsmål)
  • Har grunnleggende digitale ferdigheter
