job description
In this role, you will play a crucial role to develop and execute the EMEA business plan in close collaboration with the commercial, financial and legal departments in order to drive business performance and sales growth across the region.
• Developing annual, mid-term and long-term business and financial plans
• Supporting and coordinating strategic planning cycles (such as annual budget, quarterly reports, mid-term strategies)
• Tracking and adjusting performance metrics across EMEA
• Facilitating monthly reporting to the management team
• Supporting business reviews with top level management
• Managing corporate rules and governance standards across EMEA
requirements
In order to qualify for this versatile and challenging position, required are at least the following criteria:
• Master's degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
• Experienced in a similar role, supporting the business planning process in international companies, with the ability to translate strategy into tactical plans and detailed execution
• Fluent in English and Japanese, both written and spoken, is a must
• Commercial driven and strong analytical capabilities with an excellent understanding of market research, data analysis, and business performance drivers
• Broad understanding of business operations and processes, with demonstrated knowledge of corporate governance and management rules
• Experience in FMCG or healthcare is an advantage
• Strong communication skills especially in an international setting
