Innbyggerne i Malvik kommune trenger gode helsefagarbeidere. Har du lyst til å bidra og være en del av et godt sammensveiset team? Hjemmesykepleien Utedel har base i Hommelvik. Våre brukere er i hovedsak voksne som bor i egen bolig, og mottar hjelp etter vedtak. Alle innbyggere skal ha mulighet til å bo hjemme så lenge det er mulig, og vi har stort fokus på egenmestring og tilrettelegging. Vi har også fokus på bruk av velferdsteknologi og benytter blant annet Evondos medisindispensere.

Vi ser i dag at våre brukere ofte har et kompleks sykdomsbilde som krever en tett faglig oppfølging og utførelse av ulike praktiske prosedyrer. Når du starter hos oss vil du få god opplæring innen den rollen du har. Det innebærer både e-læring og praktisk opplæring. Hjemmesykepleien Utedel arbeider i dag etter en 12 ukers turnus med gjennomsnitt arbeidshelg hver 3. uke.  Vi har fagdager i turnus og ferdighetsrom som kan benyttes til opplæring og trening.

The work encompasses three main areas: (1) process optimisation, using AI-assisted experimental design to identify optimal operating conditions and maximise product yield while minimising costs; (2) product development and quality benchmarking, characterising the produced fractions against commercial standards and working with industrial stakeholders to define market-ready product specifications; and (3) scale-up preparation, including bottleneck analysis and a techno-economic assessment to establish the roadmap for industrial implementation. Education • A PhD's or MSc degree in electrical engineering, automation, computer science, or a related discipline, with proven expertise in the operation and control of smart grids. Experience and skills • Solid hands-on experience in designing and deploying automation and control architectures involving IBRs, distributed controllers, communication networks, SCADA, and cloud-based platforms. • Experience in projects using cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP), containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes), and middleware brokers (MQTT, OPC-UA, AMQP) to interact with distributed controllers. • Practical knowledge of distributed control systems and real-time operation of smart and active distribution grids, including IBRs for battery storage, PV, and hybrid DERs. • Familiarity with grid-forming control principles, converter modelling and deployment of real-time distributed responses to improve grid conditions. • Experience with RT-HIL platforms (e.g. OPAL-RT, Typhoon), including closed-loop interaction with real hardware and field devices. • Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, and experience with data-centric control and monitoring architectures. • Experience working in interdisciplinary RDI environments and contributing to experimental demonstrators (lab and field). • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills suited for both technical and collaborative work.
