Financial Analyst - AC572 Greenfield is partnering with our client on this exclusive mandate, an international group with a small but growing Luxembourg office of around 10 people, to recruit a Financial Analyst – Financial Reporting. The successful candidate will join a close-knit team of 3 and support all aspects of the group's reporting activities, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial information across multiple jurisdictions. The role Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements, regulatory filings, and management reports. About the Team The Belval plant belongs to ArcelorMittal Europe - Long Products, business unit producing long products (sections, sheet piles, rails) in ten countries in Europe and North Africa for the construction and industry sectors. ArcelorMittal Belval has: • one electric arc furnace • one continuous caster steel shop with an annual production capacity of 1 million tonnes • two rolling mills: the Mill 2 is specialised in sheet piles (annual production capacity: 600 000 tonnes) • the medium section mill (annual production capacity: 900 000 tonnes) • more than 1000 employees • more than 100 years of history ArcelorMittal Belval (formerly known as ProfilArbed) is the world's largest rolling mill of hot rolled steel sheet piles and has been playing a leading role in the development of piling technology for over 100 years. The first steel sheet piles were rolled in 1911 and 1912: the ‘Ransome' and ‘Terre Rouge' piles. Since then the production program of ArcelorMittal's mill in Belval has undergone constant improvement and development. Intended to slot into each other to create a sealed wall, our sheet piles are designed to retain earth or water to create quay walls, dams, underground car parks, tunnels, bridges and trunk roads. They are designed either to be an integral part of the finished product, or only to be used during construction work, to secure the excavation needed to build the structure itself. Description: Engineering Project Leader Elec-Automation Belval, Luxembourg, Luxembourg Job Description ArcelorMittal Long Products Luxembourg recrute un Chef de Projet Électrique & Automatisme (H/F), pour un Contrat à Durée Indéterminée: Description du poste Le Chef de Projet Électrique & Automatisme est en charge de la gestion et de l'exécution des projets à prédominance électrique et d'automatisation au sein du département Engineering chez ArcelorMittal LPL. Dans le cadre d'investissements neufs, d'opérations de pérennisation ou d'amélioration, vous conduisez des projets depuis leur conception jusqu'à leur réalisation en passant par les phases d'études, de validation, de réception, tout en respectant les délais, les budgets et les normes & standards en terme de santé, sécurité ainsi que les standards techniques. En phase avant-projet et dès la demande d'étude, vous intervenez sur le montage du dossier d'investissement et sur la recherche de solutions techniques avec les secteurs opérationnels. En phase d'études, vous pilotez les études internes et externes des projets et veillez à leur conformité vis-à-vis des standards et réglementations en vigueur. En phase d'exécution, vous êtes garant de la santé et de la sécurité du personnel d'intervention et du respect des spécifications techniques initiales. Enfin, en phase de mise en service, vous accompagnez le pilote exploitant et veillez au bon déroulement des opérations. Responsabilités principales • Identifier & mettre en œuvre des projets techniques en collaboration avec d'autres services. • Établir les cahiers des charges • Etablir et suivre les plannings et les budgets. • Superviser la réalisation de la documentation (schémas électriques, analyses fonctionnelles, analyses organiques, documents de formation, plans de maintenance, liste de pièces de réserves, etc.). • Manager des équipes (interne ou externe) dans le cadre des projets. • Former le personnel et rédiger la documentation associée. • Réaliser ou participer à des audits de sécurité. • Organiser et suivre des chantiers, y inclus la préparation de toute la documentation liée (Commandes / Plans de prévention, etc.) • Coordonner et superviser le travail des firmes d'ingénierie externes pour les livrables électriques/automation. • Veiller au respect des standards d'ArcelorMittal et des exigences réglementaires. Votre profil • Diplôme en ingénierie électrique, automatisation ou domaine connexe. • Expérience significative en gestion de projets dans un environnement industriel, idéalement dans le secteur de la sidérurgie. • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en tant qu'automaticien et/ou chef de projet en automatismes. • Expérience dans les opérations industrielles (maintenance/fiabilité). • Compétences techniques en réseaux électriques industriels, instrumentation, automatismes, distribution basse tension et électrotechnique. • Compétences en gestion budgétaire et suivi financier des projets. • Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership. • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer des équipes multidisciplinaires. • Bonne connaissance des normes de sécurité et des réglementations environnementales. • Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de projet. • Connaissance des automates Siemens, variation de vitesse, régulation. • Bilinguisme français et anglais (écrit et oral) essentiel. • Avoir un bon esprit d'équipe. Compétences professionnelles requises • Maîtrise de la programmation dans les environnements Siemens Step7 et Tia Portal (sur S7-300/S7-400/S7-1500). • Connaissance en réseau industriel (Série, Profibus, TCP, Profinet, etc.). • Connaissance des outils informatiques (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint). • Bon relationnel pour le travail en équipe dans le cadre de résolution de problèmes ou de développement de nouvelles solutions.
