Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR – Internal Sales) to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in sales, who is eager to grow their career and make a significant impact in the German-speaking market. You will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts by engaging with clients, generating quotes, and maintaining strong relationships.
The role is situated in Aarhus, Denmark and is a great opportunity for a German sales representative already living in Mid-Jylland or someone dreaming of relocating to the hidden Scandinavian gem of Aarhus.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with incoming leads and inquiries, responding promptly to customer queries and providing information about our products and services.
Generate quotes for inquiries from new and existing German customers.
Proactively follow up on quotes send to new and existing German customers.
Collaborate with the product team to offer tailored solutions and create proposals that address the specific needs of clients.
Work with the marketing team to provide insights and identify growth opportunities for better ads and marketing content.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, handling negotiations and overcoming objections to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A third language, such as Danish or Dutch, would be a great advantage, but not a requirement.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment within the technical or industrial sector.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with a collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software is a plus.

About the Role
As a pilot at KN Helicopters, you will be part of a professional crew operating Airbus H135/H145 helicopters to support offshore wind operations. Missions include crew changes, equipment transport, and precision hoisting to offshore turbines, vessels, and substations.
You will operate from one of our bases (presently Esbjerg, Roskilde, Grenaa and Thorsminde) in Denmark, serving some of the largest and most innovative offshore wind projects in Northern Europe.
Who we are Looking for
Minimum qualifications:
EASA ATPL(H) or CPL(H) with IR(H)
EASA Class 1 medical
Language proficiency level 6 in English and/or level 6 in Danish (C2 proficiency level)
Minimum 2.000 hours total helicopter time, including:
1.000 hours PIC, of which at least 500 hours PIC on Multi Engine
500 hours offshore flying experience
Highly desirable experience:
Offshore HHO
IFR flying
Time on Airbus H135 or H145
MCC / Multipilot rating
Residence in Denmark or nearby region

Every single day, we ensure that parcels and mail for DAO, as well as daily newspapers, magazines, and letters, land flawlessly at the doorsteps of our North Jutlandic customers – and you will play a vital role in this.
About the job and your tasks
As a Readiness Courier, your workday will never be monotonous. Your primary starting point is Frederikshavn, but your distribution area may also cover routes across the municipalities of Hjørring and Brænderslev.
Your primary tasks will be to:
Step in and cover routes in the event of sickness or holidays.
Drive vacant routes that are currently lacking a permanent courier.
Give a warm welcome to new colleagues and help them get started out on the routes.
Handle various exciting ad hoc tasks within distribution.
Your skills – Attitude is everything!
For this position, it is important that you are adaptable and thrive in an environment where plans can change quickly. As our manager says: As long as you are reliable, hardworking, and motivated – we will teach you the rest!
However, we expect that you:
Have a natural sense of direction and can keep your bearings on new routes.
Are at least 18 years old, hold a valid category B driver's license, and can provide a clean criminal record.
Are highly punctual, reliable, and flexible regarding tasks.
There is no language requirement, but it is a major advantage if you speak and understand Danish or English.
Working hours and terms
Working hours: We distribute 7 days a week. You will typically work 5-6 days per week.
Hours: We primarily drive between 03:00 and 11:00 AM, but you must be prepared for longer days when we are busy.
Driving: You have the option to use your own car and receive a tax-free mileage allowance according to government rates – and there may also be the possibility of a company car.
Solid pay: A fixed hourly wage of 159.73 DKK.
Fair conditions: Employment is covered by the 3F Courier Agreement (Budoverenskomsten) – including pension, holiday pay, special holidays (feriefridage), etc.

Gulv Master Enterprise is looking for a skilled and reliable carpenter to join our growing team.
We mainly work with flooring, renovation and smaller-to-medium enterprise projects in Copenhagen and the surrounding areas. Our jobs vary a lot, so we are not looking for someone who only wants to build partition walls or fit doors all day. We are looking for a practical carpenter who understands renovation as a whole and takes pride in delivering a proper finish.
You will be working on projects such as:
Building and levelling subfloors, joists and floor chipboards
Installing laminate, LVT, click floors, parquet and other types of flooring
Fitting skirting boards, architraves, trims and detailed finishes
Adjusting and installing doors
General carpentry work as part of renovation projects
Stud walls, plasterboard walls and ceilings
Small constructions, boxing-in and finishing work
Preparing work areas and coordinating with floor installers, painters, electricians and plumbers
Speaking with customers on site and making sure the work is completed to a high standard
We work on everything from smaller private flooring jobs to full apartment and house renovations. You will be an important part of making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
We are looking for someone who:
Is a qualified carpenter or has solid practical carpentry experience
Has experience with renovation, service work or construction projects
Can work independently and take responsibility for their own tasks
Has a good eye for details, especially trims, skirting boards, finishes and final touches
Has experience with subfloor construction, or is interested in learning more about flooring systems
Can understand basic drawings, measurements, floor levels and construction details
Communicates professionally with customers and colleagues
Has a valid driving licence, category B
Speaks and understands either Danish or English well enough to work independently
Experience with flooring, joist levelling, floor chipboards, skirting boards, door adjustments or apartment and house renovations is a strong advantage.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their craftsmanship and does not leave a job until it looks right.
