Siemens Energy arbetar proaktivt med miljö, hälsa och säkerhet (EHS) och har en tydlig ambition att vara ledande inom branschen, både i den egna verksamheten och i projekt som bedrivs på anläggningar runt om i världen. I rollen kommer du att vara en viktig del av EHS-arbetet med huvudsakligt ansvar för kemikaliehantering inom verksamheten. Du kommer att stötta verksamheten i verkstäder och på kontor samt säkerställa att arbetet bedrivs i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning och interna krav. I rollen kommer du bland annat att: Ansvara för kemikaliehantering och säkerställa efterlevnad av gällande lagstiftning. Hantera ansökningar för införande av nya kemikalier samt registrera dessa i iChemistry och SharePoint. Driva och stötta verksamheten i arbetet med riskbedömningar kopplade till kemikalier. Planera, administrera och följa upp den årliga kemikalieinventeringen. Administrera och utveckla arbetet i iChemistry. Ge stöd och vägledning till verksamheten i frågor som rör kemikaliehantering. Ta fram användarstöd och lathundar för iChemistry. Bevaka och hantera inkommande frågor via funktionsbrevlådan för kemikalieärenden. Vara kontaktperson och samordnare inom farligt gods (Dangerous Goods Coordinator) samt samverka med företagets säkerhetsrådgivare. Ge stöd till verksamheten i frågor som rör transport av farligt gods. Administrera och följa upp utbildningsbehov inom kemikaliehantering och farligt gods. Din profil Vi söker dig som har: Mycket goda kunskaper inom REACH, CLP-förordningen, kemikalielagstiftning, säkerhetsdatablad och kemikaliehantering. Erfarenhet av kemikalieadministration och arbete med riskbedömningar. Erfarenhet av iChemistry eller liknande system för kemikaliehantering. Kunskap om regelverk för transport av farligt gods är meriterande. Ett strukturerat arbetssätt och god administrativ förmåga. God samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Ansökningsförfarande Tjänsten är initialt ett konsultuppdrag via oss på Skill. Företagspresentation Till vår kund Siemens Energy, en ledande global aktör inom energibranschen, söker vi nu en Diagnostikingenjör för ett uppdrag på deras site i Finspång. Företaget är tack vare högteknologisk och innovativ produktutveckling en etablerad partner inom energisektorn som levererar avancerade samt hållbara lösningar för marknadens nuvarande och framtida behov. Du får genom det här uppdraget möjlighet att arbeta i en internationell och framåtsträvande miljö där utvecklingsmöjligheterna är många. Det här är inledningsvis ett konsultuppdrag på 9 månader via Unik Resurs med mycket god möjlighet till förlängning. Vi tillämpar löpande urval vilket innebär att uppdraget kan komma att tillsättas tidigare än sista ansökningsdatum. Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden Som Diagnostikingenjör blir du en del av Siemens Energys Remote Diagnostic Center, där du arbetar med att utveckla avancerade analysmetoder för att övervaka och förbättra driften av gas- och ångturbiner världen över. Du analyserar stora mängder sensordata för att identifiera avvikelser i ett tidigt skede och bidrar till att förebygga driftstopp samt säkerställa en hög driftsäkerhet för kundernas anläggningar. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med tekniska specialister inom bland annat vibration, prestanda, förbränning och styrsystem. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter omfattar: Utveckla och förbättra diagnostiska analyser för att identifiera fel och avvikelser. Skapa nya analysmetoder för att upptäcka ytterligare felmoder och förbättra den förebyggande diagnostiken. Analysera stora datamängder och tidsseriedata från turbiner. Arbeta med interna analysverktyg samt programmering i Python och blockprogrammering. Samarbeta med tekniska experter för att omsätta teknisk kunskap till effektiva analyslösningar. Underhålla och vidareutveckla befintliga analyser för att säkerställa hög kvalitet och träffsäkerhet. Stödja diagnostikingenjörer med avancerade analysverktyg och tekniska lösningar. Din profil Vi söker dig som har ett starkt tekniskt intresse och trivs med att kombinera dataanalys, programmering och problemlösning. Du är analytisk, nyfiken och motiveras av att förstå komplexa tekniska system. Vi ser gärna att du har: Högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen inom maskinteknik, elektronik, reglerteknik, datateknik, data science eller motsvarande. Cirka 1–2 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet. Erfarenhet av programmering i Python eller liknande språk. God vana att arbeta med dataanalys och stora datamängder, exempelvis med Pandas eller NumPy. Mycket god analytisk förmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt. Goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift. Svenska är meriterande. Erfarenhet av gas- och ångturbiner är meriterande, särskilt Siemens Energys MGT-plattform (SGT600–SGT800). Kunskaper inom maskininlärning är ett plus.
