Role Objective The primary objective of the position is to expand EPS’s consultancy and business development activities by combining advanced engineering expertise with commercial project development. The position(s) will be based in the Energy Technology and Policy group which develops methods to evaluate the realism of energy and climate futures. About the research project The Energy Technology and Policy group (http://www.entap.net/) is recruiting up to 2 postdoctoral researchers on technology foresight for policy-driven low-carbon technologies. The postdoctoral position will focus on developing data-driven approaches for probabilistic modelling of new technologies, both established technologies like solar and wind as well as emerging technologies like hydrogen. The positions will be linked to a number of national projects and embedded in the ENTAP group, with a strong international network and tradition of interdisciplinary collaboration through shared work spaces and a joint seminars. RESPONSABILITÉS : Pour notre client, une entreprise innovante dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables et de l'hydrogène vert, nous recherchons un(e) : ENERGY MODELING AND SIMULATION ENGINEER (H/F) CDI - Mérignac (33) - A partir de 50K€ Sous la responsabilité du Responsable R&D, vous aurez pour mission de concevoir et d'optimiser des solutions de production d'électricité stable à partir d'énergies renouvelables et de technologies innovantes. Vos principales missions : • Concevoir des modèles de simulation pour des infrastructures énergétiques intégrant des sources intermittentes et des systèmes de stockage. • Optimiser les performances des systèmes de gestion de l'énergie pour une production continue et compétitive. • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes techniques pour améliorer les technologies et les infrastructures associées. • Assurer le suivi des projets en phase de test et de déploiement, en respectant les normes de sécurité et les objectifs environnementaux. • Rédiger des rapports techniques et présenter les résultats aux équipes internes et aux clients. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : Idéalement issu(e) d'une formation en énergétique, génie électrique ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans dans la modélisation de systèmes énergétiques complexes, notamment dans les secteurs de l'hydrogène vert ou des énergies renouvelables. Votre expertise inclut la maîtrise des outils de simulation (MATLAB/Simulink, Python, COMSOL) et des logiciels de gestion de données. Des connaissances approfondies en électrochimie, thermodynamique et gestion de l'énergie seront essentielles pour réussir dans ce rôle. Enfin, nous attendons de vous une capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire, un sens aigu de la communication technique, ainsi qu'une rigueur, un sens de l'innovation et un engagement fort pour la transition énergétique.
