intro
Are you someone who prefers holding a wrench over sitting behind a laptop? Do you enjoy building things and want to work in a friendly, small team without endless shift rotations? Great, then this is something you need to see. As a Technical Employee in Born, you'll assemble cutter bars for harvesting machines.
who are you
- You're technically skilled and not intimidated by Allen keys or hydraulic lines. - Immediately available full-time. - You prefer working day shifts. - You can communicate in Dutch, English, or German. - You enjoy working in a close-knit team (where colleagues are more like mates than numbers).

Every cutter bar is tailored to customer requirements. So it's not assembly line work, but custom builds. One time you might be working on a unit heading to Romania, the next on a special version for a client in Bulgaria. This keeps your work as a Technical Employee varied and engaging.
You'll work in a small, tight-knit team where everyon...
