Experienced in Air Freight and/or Ocean Freight, the Air/Ocean Export Coordinator will report to report to and work with the Operations Manager, customers, clients and agents. About the job: Complete day to day customs clearance activities as instructed; Advise Manager of any areas requiring attention; Identify any potential problem areas before they have an adverse effect on operations; Develop constructive relationships with operational staff and clients where appropriate; Deal with all queries quickly and efficiently; Creating and amending ERTS manifests; Keep operational staff fully informed of any holds, exams or other areas which may cause delay to a shipment; General administrative duties for other departments when requested/time permits; Assist with invoicing and month end to ensure that both are completed timely; Any other duties as required by management for the smooth and efficient operation of the department. Work with the operations department to continually improve processes and business performance; Support changes in the role necessary to take the department and business forward; Work to achieve personal objectives set at appraisal and/or those set monthly or quarterly. Achieving agreed individual objectives; and Understanding and adhering to all Woodland policies and procedures relevant to the role. About you: You will be an experienced in full-cycle Air Freight and/or Ocean Freight and all aspects of the import and export process; Have solid working knowledge of day-to-day customs clearance activities and be able to export client, agent and partner quotes. We are looking for a chef with extensive experience in French cuisine for a full-time position. Experience with Danish smørrebrød is also required, as we serve this for lunch.

Your Main Tasks:
Manage Staff: Supervise, check, and guide our cleaning employees. Coordinate daily work schedules.
Work with Owner: Have regular meetings and close communication with the business owner to report on performance and planning.
Business Meetings: Represent the company in professional meetings with corporate clients and business partners.
Quality Inspections: Travel to different work sites to inspect the quality of the cleaning and ensure company standards are met.
What We Are Looking For:
Prior experience in management, supervision, or business operations (cleaning industry experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude for business meetings.
Good organizational skills to handle both office tasks and field inspections.
