TAKENPAKKET

Als Planner Logistiek & Materieel ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele planning van onze werven. Je bewaart het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat onze projecten vlot kunnen verlopen.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • De dagelijkse planning van werfpersoneel, materieel en transport.
  • Het afstemmen van de personeels- en transportplanning met vier projectmanagers.
  • Het aansturen en opvolgen van transporteurs zodat leveringen tijdig en correct verlopen.
  • Het dagelijks overleg met onze magazijniers over de laadplanning en beschikbaarheid van materieel.
  • Het aanvragen van transportvergunningen waar nodig.
  • Het huren van extern materieel wanneer dit intern niet beschikbaar is.
  • Het registreren en opvolgen van materieel in het ERP-systeem.
  • De administratieve opvolging van de planning en logistieke processen.
  • Rapportering aan de Operations Manager.

WIE ZOEKEN WE?

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in dispatching, transportplanning of een gelijkaardige operationele planningsfunctie.

  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en communiceert vlot met projectmanagers, werfteams, magazijniers en transporteurs.

En tant que technicien de maintenance CVC, vous êtes chargé d'effectuer des travaux d'entretien et de réparation sur les installations techniques des bâtiments. Vous participez également à la recherche de solutions pour optimiser et améliorer ces installations.

Vous intervenez sur divers sites, tels que des sites industriels, des immeubles de bureaux et des centres logistiques. Grâce à notre portefeuille de clients varié, aucune journée de travail ne se ressemble.

Vos responsabilités comprennent :

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations CVC (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation et refroidissement).
  • Effectuer des mesures (pression, température, débit, rendement).
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes, y compris au niveau des systèmes de régulation et de commande.
  • Réparer ou remplacer les pièces défectueuses (ventilateurs, capteurs, vannes, moteurs, etc.).
  • Installer et mettre en service de nouvelles installations.
  • Surveiller et analyser la consommation d’énergie et optimiser les installations.
  • Rendre compte correctement des travaux effectués via des bons de travail numériques.
  • Respecter les consignes de sécurité et les normes de qualité.

Nous recherchons un technicien de maintenance qui :

  • Possède une formation technique ou une expérience pertinente dans les domaines du CVC, de la plomberie, de la réfrigération ou de l'électromécanique.
  • Vous disposez des certificats requis (G1/G2 et certificat de réfrigération).
  • Possède des connaissances de base en électricité (le certificat BA4/BA5 est un atout).
  • Soit titulaire d’un certificat VCA (ou soit disposé à l’obtenir).
  • Travaille de manière autonome, pratique et orientée vers les solutions, en accordant une attention particulière à l’orientation client, à la sécurité et à la qualité.
  • Les astreintes et les heures supplémentaires ne vous font pas peur.
  • S’exprime couramment en français et s’exprime de manière compréhensible en néerlandais.
  • Soit titulaire d’un permis de conduire de catégorie B.
