We’re looking for a Fulfillment Operations Managers to join Oda!
We are now looking for a dedicated Operating Managers to join our fulfillment team at our cold department in Lier. In this role, you’ll help create a safe, efficient, and well-organized shift where teamwork and communication thrive.
You'll lead a team of Team Leaders, setting clear expectations and ensuring effective communication across shifts. Your focus will be on creating a well-organized environment, where performance is optimized, and all team members are supported to reach their full potential. This role requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced setting, where your leadership skills will drive both operational success and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing as our Fulfillment Operating Manager
Lead with empathy; coach team leaders, be there for employees, and help address concerns.
Lead and coach a group of team leaders and operators to support a shift of around 60 employees, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high quality while using KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Investigate serious incidents through Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and ensure follow-ups are completed.
Keep the shift structured and organized by setting clear expectations and ensuring smooth meetings and reports.
Make sure teams are well-balanced and have the right skills to succeed.
Help test and roll out new initiatives to improve our operations.
What you’ll need to succeed 🌟
Experience as an operational leader, ideally with broad personnel responsibility.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and technology.
Confidence in working with numbers and using data to support daily operations.
Proactive in your decision-making, being able to look ahead and predict the outcome of the different alternatives available to you
English is our working language, so we’re looking for someone with strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Due to external collaborators, Norwegian language skills is a bonus.

Arbeidsoppgaver
Inngående og oppsøkende salg mot bedriftskunder, eventbyråer og samarbeidspartnere
Bookingansvar med fokus på å skape høy aktivitet i våre lokasjoner
Planlegging, koordinering og gjennomføring av små og store events
Tett samarbeid med eksterne partnere som markedsbyrå og aktører som Oslobukta
Bygge, utvikle og vedlikeholde langsiktige B2B-relasjoner
Systemansvar for Tripleseat, Revvue og Gastroplanner, inkludert optimalisering og intern opplæring
Kvalifikasjoner
Operativ erfaring fra restaurant, servering eller hospitality-bransjen
Relevant utdannelse, eller tilsvarende erfaring
Flytende skandinavisk og engelsk, skriftlig og muntlig
Erfaring med bookingsystemer, fortrinnsvis Gastroplanner
Strukturert, selvstendig og komfortabel med mange parallelle prosjekter
